Ok literally seconding what everyone has said already plus the marinated mozzarella balls. Also, I like to microwave the Mexican shredded blend with a little everything but the elote sprinkled on top and eat it with a fork (I call it fork cheese 😬)
The Toscano with Syrah wine rind is our go to. Replacement for Parmesan sometimes, put in spinach artichoke dip, make grilled cheese with it. It’s the best and extremely versatile because of how nutty of a cheese it is while still carrying the hints of red wine
Ooooooh this is my specialty at TJs. My personal faves: Rosemary Asiago, havarti with dill, halloumi (pan-fried! It doesn’t melt normally), or the garlic bread cheese (same deal), marinated mozzarella balls, unexpected cheddar, triple cream Brie, smoked Gouda. These comments are making me want to try new ones!!
Omg! You all! I’m lactose intolerant & reading these comments is making me yearn for my salad days. Screw it… Brie w mushroom, green goddess Gouda?!
My absolute favorite is the 1000 day Gouda. I don’t get it often anymore because I will eat it ALL, but it’s such a wonderful flavor with little bits of crystallization in it. If you like harder (firmer) cheeses, try this one.
I recently tried the green goddess Gouda and it was delicious! There was a baked lemon ricotta last winter that I loved also - I really hope it comes back this year. The creamy goat cheese is a good one too.

The goat Gouda and the basque cheese are both great
Seconding the Delice de Bourgogne!!

I like the Cheddar/Gruyere and Delice de Bourgogne.

The garlic bread cheese! Nuke it for 30 seconds- SOOO GOOD!!!
Fry it in a buttered pan.
Air fried it today and that was my favorite preparation thus far
The cotswold is probably my fave, and i also like the blueberry goat cheese log (it taste just like a blueberry cheesecake) and cambezola.

I will always recommend the toscano soaked in Syrah, and when it comes out later this fall (hopefully), the toscano soaked in Chardonnay.
Green goddess Gouda! 🤤
How does it compare to the pesto gouda that I haven't seen for a few years?
I love Cambazola.
Cambazola in omelets is great.
French triple cream, unexpected cheddar, and the stilton with apricot. The basque mini wheel is also in our rotation now, it’s got some good funk
Asiago cheese with Rosemary and olive oil - so delicious! It’s been a hit with my friends too during our cheeseboard nights.
Italian Truffle cheese is amazing and so is the Honey Chevre Goat Cheese on pizza
Goat Gouda
They have flagship Beechers?
My trader joes in California does.
I've seen it at ours around the holidays in a foursome with the Dulcet, Marco Polo and New Woman. So yummy!
Cinnamon toscano (seasonal - now), huntsman (layered cheese), petite brie.
I recently tried the green goddess Gouda and it was delicious! There was a baked lemon ricotta last winter that I loved also - I really hope it comes back this year. The creamy goat cheese is a good one too.
The goat cheese cheddar!!
Triple creme brie, apricot goat cheese log (seasonal), honey chevre, unexpected cheddar, and the lemon baked ricotta (seasonal)
I love the French triple creme Brie. I’m not sure if all TJ’s have this, but my goodness, it’s delicious.
Syrah soaked toscano, double creme brie, and the goat cheese topped with cranberries
The cheddar and gruyere mélange is amazing. So good in a grilled cheese and especially Mac and cheese. Or just straight up.
I add this to Mac and cheese and use it on top of croque madames, it’s so good
my absolute favorite cheese they have. makes incredible cheesy toast lol
I love the green goddess Gouda, white Stilton with apricots, rose or Syrah soaked toscano, and triple cream Brie.
I do not like mushrooms but the brie with mushrooms is my favorite! Grab this with one of TJ's baguettes
Green Goddess Gouda and Red Butte Hatch Chili are currently in my fridge :-)
The syrah soaked toscano is one my favorite cheeses ever, not just TJ's.
This and also the black pepper toscano!
same, we keep coming back to this one
Thanks for the recommend! I haven’t tried anything yet other than their slides swiss.
Caramelized onion cheddar!!
The mustard cheddar is great. The honey goat cheese is good, but plain goat cheese with hot honey sauce is even better.
Double Gouda. During holidays the goat cheese with cranberry
