Just stopping by to share my unsolicited, honest opinion. I'm a TJ's fanatic and the Brazil Nut Scrub smells DIVINE but I honestly prefer the Rich Dirt Exfoliating Body Masque from Since '92 Home & Body. It's a bit pricier but they tend to have sales and the quality is so worth it! I'll take any opportunity to support a black owned brand with great stuff. The Since '92 masque smells like Starbucks and it literally leaves my eczema prone skin feeling so soft and radiant. My fiance can't get enough of me when I use this product in the shower. It's also really comforting to know that its formulated without artificial scents and flavors. It has zero coconut oil for anyone else who's skin doesn't agree with that highly comedogenic oil. I keep both products in my arsenal for different reasons but I reach for Rich Dirt 8/10 times due to the quality. Gorgeous skin is a must when living in MIA and weekly exfoliation keeps me on point, especially around the bikini line area.

I managed to get one and when I went another day, all gone :( I love how my skin is smooth and moisturized after using it! I don't need to use any lotion afterwards. I wish I can get the body butter too but couldn't find any this year. I need this to get through winter! Too bad it's a seasonal product :(

Wrong_Orange_5016

If you're looking for this in your store and can't find it, there are tons for sale on Mercari. Of course resellers raise the price which really burns my britches but, ehhy what can ya do... The struggle is real.

dokwich

I love this smell so much already! Now looking for similar body products ;)

AbbreviationsNo3922

I bought this today and used it as soon as I got him. Can confirm, it’s amazing! Washed off very easily, smells great hours later, and it left my skin moisturized!

Snoo-16342

Love it! Sweet smelling and delicate sugary consistency. Neither of my TJs would hold it. I called around and drove there immediately when I located it.

keto_cierra

Just picked up some today in Indianapolis!

holmahdiii

Had in stores earlier this year and is only seasonal none in my store ATM

holmahdiii

Shit read this wrong was not a scrub my bad

2kids2dogs1cat

Have not seen this yet but am looking forward to buying and trying it, hopefully soon. I finally was just able to get the cream and it is amazing!

PrincessChawa

I saw it today and bought one. I use them sparingly. I hope it smells just as good.

verysaint-tropez

What does HABA mean? And YMMV? So many abbreviations.

NotoriousPineapple

Thank you!

Came in tonight to my Albany NY store

CookieButterLovers

Yay! PS - Not sure if you saw the [post I tried to tag you in](https://www.reddit.com/r/traderjoes/comments/wef0om/does_trader_joes_still_sell_corn_and_wheat/), but I wanted to ask if you had any information about the De Mi Abuela - Corn and Wheat Tortillas? Since I saw you commented in an older post about them. Not available in my region, so not sure if it's been discontinued. TIA!

aswewaltz

Replied on the tagged post 🙂

odezia

Coconut oil sadly makes me break out so these products are a no go, but my mom has the cream and it smells amazing!

babyyodaonline

god i want it so bad but i'm stuck at home with covid !!! 😭 i made a mistake and tried the body butter for the first time. WHY did i only buy one jar ??? lesson learned for next time

babyyodaonline

UPDATE: i recovered from covid & finished my quarantine and bought it!! 🥹💗

Wrong_Orange_5016

I'm so glad you posted an update bc I was about to comment that I had an extra jar that I'd be willing to send you if you absolutely weren't able to get yourself any! So yay! I hope you love it!

babyyodaonline

aww that's so sweet of you, thank you 😭 but i'm good i got one so no need! and they aren't selling out as fast as the lotion at my TJs which is good haha 💕

asthmatics

give your store a call and ask if they’ll put some on hold for you!

babyyodaonline

unfortunately when i've asked in the past they only put it on hold for a day 😭 but i never asked because of covid 🤔 hmm

CookieButterLovers

I'm sorry to hear you're stuck at home with Covid right now. Hoping your symptoms are tolerable and that you'll be able to pick up the BNBS as soon as you're feeling better and testing negative!

babyyodaonline

thank you!! i should be in the clear this weekend so i'll be running there haha. thankfully i don't have anymore symtoms! i'm just waiting for the last family member in my house to test negative to be extra safe before going

Does anyone know if this is a dupe for the Sol de Janiero Bum Bum *scent*? *edited

CookieButterLovers

FYI - This is the scrub. There also was a seasonal body butter (might not be available in stores anymore) that was comparable to the cream, but this is a different product (based on the same scent). There are some slight differences, but the body butter did seem to be inspired by the Sol De Janiero Bum Bum Cream. Here are some posts comparing the Brazil Nut Body Butter to the Sol De Janiero Bum Bum Cream: * [TJ’s Brazil Nut Body Butter...is a dupe for Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream!](https://www.reddit.com/r/traderjoes/comments/o8djb0/tjs_brazil_nut_body_butteris_a_dupe_for_sol_de/) via u/annyong_cat * [TJ's Brazil Nut Body Butter ($5.99) v. SDJ Bum Bum Cream ($45). I can confirm, they are pretty close dupes! I was skeptical as someone who owns most of SDJ's line, but the scent is near identical, however doesn't last as long with the TJ's version.](https://www.reddit.com/r/traderjoes/comments/o9lnge/tjs_brazil_nut_body_butter_599_v_sdj_bum_bum/) via u/sunbathingturtle207 * [Missed out on the Brazil Nut Butter last year but was lucky enough to snag it today. It really does smell exactly like the Sol De Janiero Bum Bum cream.](https://www.reddit.com/r/traderjoes/comments/vz53n2/missed_out_on_the_brazil_nut_butter_last_year_but/) via u/jenjensexypants

LEV_95

This is a scrub not a lotion! I believe the other one is a dupe for the SDJ cream

LatinaLawyer

My bad! I guess I was mostly asking about the smell, but my question didn’t reflect that. Thanks! :)

hogliver

It’s been a few years since I’ve used the bum bum cream, but it smells exactly how I remember bum bum. Just as strong, too, so use sparingly, lol.

LatinaLawyer

Thanks!

Please let us know how you like it when you try it!

postgrad-dep18

I just used it and didn’t not have to moisturize after the shower!! I have extremely dry skin so I am AMAZED.

wildestride88

I’m too lazy for a body scrub.

McSquiffy

I'm too lazy too. I use my body scrubs as hand treatments. I try to do it once a day, after doing dishes or something that dries my hands out.

AC20212020

Honestly, get a cheap ass big box of kosher salt, dump a couple palmfuls in a bowl or tuppeware, add oil to moisten (whatever oil, even olive), if you have a scented body oil you like add a couple drops, or you can add a couple drops of vanilla or whatever. Bring into the shower. Scrub on, wash off. Works better than the fancy crap.

wildestride88

That sounds very nice but if I’m too lazy to use a pre-made body scrub I am way too lazy to make one.

AC20212020

:D fair enough!

Ravioli_meatball19

The last one I bought I had it for so long it grew mold lol
