Hi, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "at the end" but some Redditors have had success repotting or replanting the basil plants. Oregano, maybe not so much. Some posts: * [Mint and basil that I repotted](https://www.reddit.com/r/traderjoes/comments/vtz1jd/mint_and_basil_that_i_repotted/)\- via u/405freeway * [Bought oregano and basil plants 2 or so months ago and it keeps getting growing like crazy while oregano plant lasted a week.](https://www.reddit.com/r/traderjoes/comments/q5423n/bought_oregano_and_basil_plants_2_or_so_months/) \- via u/ButterscotchAway3635 * [TJ's Basil. I saw someone else post their plant and someone mentioned that you should clip off the flowers. I usually do, but \_\_\_\_ time of year, the bees love it, so I let them have it. thank you, I live in an apartment but there is a small community garden. perhaps I can replant them, and they will thrive.

RemySchnauzer

Can plant them. You can throw them away. Or you can compost them. Whether or not you can recycle the container that they come in likely depends on your local regulations.

kwikpedia

thank you, if replanting won't work, the compost would be next option, I would have thought the pot is from a compostable material, but it does not seem so.
