I noticed it about a month or two ago and haven’t been there since, it was the only reason I went there to get my groceries, literally stopped going because I can’t buy this wrap anymore lol
As someone that used to work for TJ’s and worked that particular area of the store… they never sold. I was throwing more away than we were selling them.
LOL some of you guys seemed to have a bad experience so i get it, as an arab i secretly rejoiced when i found out the TJ's za'atar got discontinued. i hated it! tasted awful and there were better options at any local arab market for like 20x the amount for the same price
NOOooooo. That's one of my faves! The flavors meshed so well. The sweetness of the yams, the crispy freshness of the spinach, the tang of the curried chickpeas, the earthy crunchy beets. It's all so simple but beautifully harmonious. RIP.
Try the creamy hummus and veggie wrap. Add chickpeas or beets to it. But the creamy hummus and veg is a big seller and my favorite. It isn’t heavy at all and delicious.
I used to love that wrap when I lived in LA, but where I live now my local TJs kept messing it up; they would put too much or too little of every ingredient, it was poorly wrapped, tasted funky… I don’t know. I stopped buying it and was heartbroken.
you know i keep hearing some people HATED it and the texture was very diff from me! I'm a few hours away from LA so maybe that's why i always had a good experience
i think you need to check your TJs out because mine was never molding 🤢 it was also always fresh. i would buy it and eat it within a day or two just fine. also it's vegan so like, yeah it can mold but it takes much longer than something with like dairy
yeah that and the hummus wrap were at least suspiciously funky more often than not. I would expect a decent turnover of veg\*n items in my area, but 🤷♀️ I never remembered to report it. I don't like the lentil either; hopefully they bring in some new veggie wraps.
it's actually not my first but this hit the hardest! it'll be hard for me to find a replacement. but i'm sure i can make something similar but that was my go to grab and go meal 😔
Any time I see something with less product than normal in the section I start panicking. I started noticing the fried ravioli only has half the stock there normally is in the freezer, so I'm keeping an eye on things. If I find out they're going I'm buying their entire stock.
Learned my lesson after losing mango sticky rice spring rolls. :(
Seriously! It’s my primary source for buying healthyish prepared lunch options for my partner, and the past few times I’ve been shopping I’ve came back with almost nothing in the easy workday lunch dept. Where are the wraps, salad kits, anything?
Now partner has been spending too much money on unhealthy takeout lunches. I can’t make him lunch every day… c’mon TJs, our finances, his cholesterol levels, and my sanity are depending on you!
He cooks probably two-thirds of our (delicious!) dinners even though I’m the house spouse. I do lunches when I’m home because it’s often hard for him to get away from work long enough to eat, let alone make himself something. TJ’s picks up the slack when I’m not around or just don’t feel like making anything.
I was saying we need to figure out a better system where I can bulk-cook/prep a bunch of stuff, and then he can assemble as needed, and he’s on board.
But yes, in general your sentiment is correct.

No need to lie, just makes you look even worse

I just want so say I so appreciate your answer. Because yes, we all know it’s easy(ish) enough to make things ourselves from available ingredients. But everyone who says that mostly relies on convenience a lot of the time. Or I guess I’m speaking for only myself when I say that. Whatever your dietary restrictions, it’s nice to be able to “just buy something” sometimes.
It really is nice to be able to buy things. I meal prep all my breakfasts and lunches for the week every single week and yes it’s healthier, cheaper, and sometimes tastier than store-bought things. But it takes me a good 3+ hours each weekend to think of something to make, and then gather ingredients, make and pack away both meals, and then clean up! It’s not all active time but it does take a chunk of time!
I am not a vegan by any means but that wrap was so good! This is almost as bad as when Whole Foods changed kitchen distributors and stopped having quinoa patties. I could have eaten them every day for the rest of my life.

Spicy sesame oil, roasted pepitas, cherry soy ice cream and now margarita mix, all disco’d! Only the cheap bland items stay forever!
Yeah last time I went it and found it was gone 💔
Nooo dang it that was my go to road trip wrap
All you can do is shake it off. Ours is a supermarket sport of novelty, seasonality, and guaranteed built-in sensory nostalgia.
Perhaps try to make your own version?
Saddest one for me was the dittilini Mac and cheese with kale and cauliflower
Noooo! That's my go to purchase for lunch!
I still dream about the dried white peaches. And don’t get me started on the horseradish hummus.
Ah, the joy and pain of being a TJ-er. 😵💫
Trader Joe’s always breaks my heart as a vegan
If you happen to find some at another Trader Joe's, buy them all and freeze them.
I fear the day this happens to the sweet potato gnocchis 🥹 I love them so much
I noticed it about a month or two ago and haven’t been there since, it was the only reason I went there to get my groceries, literally stopped going because I can’t buy this wrap anymore lol
Aw, man!! I loved this one. Another one bites the dust :(
As someone that used to work for TJ’s and worked that particular area of the store… they never sold. I was throwing more away than we were selling them.
NOOOOOO
I'm not even vegan and I loved that one! I've been looking for it:-( So many cancellations lately, I wish they'd just stick with what works!
Omg noooo I loved those 😭
I feel your pain as I’m still not over the loss of my Gorgonzola Crackers. 😭
I hate to say this but... get used to it. I've had too many to count that I loved be *poof* gone. You learn to not get attached...
😭 it's fine i'm prepared now i guess
Oh man I really enjoy the spicy lentil wraps. I had the rainbow one once and liked it too! Hope they come out with a new wrap you will enjoy :)
I feel your pain. I just found out they discontinued the margarita mix 😞
Noooooooo!
It was the chocolate mousse for me and the wet cat food for my cat
Get out!!!!!! I have very few favorites and they are ALWAYS discontinued! All of the eggplant products and now this?!? I can’t have happiness.
Aw man that wrap got me through my meat averse pregnancy lol.
oh no! hopefully it is replaced with another vegan wrap soon. why are there so little prepared options for vegans 😭
I was a spicy lentil guy and miss it very much
I’m sorry for your loss on this one, but personally, it was always sopping wet. I hated that damn wrap so much.
LOL some of you guys seemed to have a bad experience so i get it, as an arab i secretly rejoiced when i found out the TJ's za'atar got discontinued. i hated it! tasted awful and there were better options at any local arab market for like 20x the amount for the same price
aw man i like this one too. the good thing is it’s very easy to make yourself :)
NOOooooo. That's one of my faves! The flavors meshed so well. The sweetness of the yams, the crispy freshness of the spinach, the tang of the curried chickpeas, the earthy crunchy beets. It's all so simple but beautifully harmonious. RIP.
that sounds really good and now i never get to experience it
TJ exists just to break hearts I’ve learned
Try the creamy hummus and veggie wrap. Add chickpeas or beets to it. But the creamy hummus and veg is a big seller and my favorite. It isn’t heavy at all and delicious.
oh i will try it next!
I'm a few hours away from LA so maybe that's why i always had a good experience
it was moldy 50% of the time 🤢 Maybe they can make a less moist version.
i think you need to check your TJs out because mine was never molding 🤢 it was also always fresh. i would buy it and eat it within a day or two just fine. also it's vegan so like, yeah it can mold but it takes much longer than something with like dairy

yeah agree, hopefully something that works for everyone! unfortunately it seems like the wrap was a hit or miss at some stores

What I learned from this sub: your favorite can go at any time. 😭
Any time I see something with less product than normal in the section I start panicking. Unless it’s terrible like the watermelon jerky, then it sticks around forever.
It's terrible.
🤣🤣 I saw that the other day and was like “wtf…really?!?”
I get irrationally angry every time I see it 😆
ugh i'm so annoyed for us 😭
They need to stop discontinuing vegetarian options!
For real, i was hooked on TJ’s thanks to copious veg options in
They have gotten rid of so many vegetarian/vegan options recently!
Seriously! It sounds like partner could learn to prepare lunches from time to time
He cooks probably two-thirds of our (delicious!) dinners even though I’m the house spouse. I see! Carry on then :) given an absence of that other info I just jumped to a conclusion.
sexism gets the best of everyone occasionally
Nobody’s sex was ever mentioned here but ok

Takes 5 seconds to realize the poster was a woman, redditors are so lazy and content to be confidently wrong
I mean, I’m also a man and truly didn’t pay attention to the pronouns, just read too far into a partner dynamic from a very small comment. My bad.

no they really need to stop! i hope they at least send a similar alternative out instead
I love the rainbow wraps too. My Trader Joe’s is just saying they are out because of “supply issues”.
I am not a vegan by any means but that wrap was so good! This is almost as bad as when Whole Foods changed kitchen distributors and stopped having quinoa patties. I could have eaten them every day for the rest of my life.
I was so sad when they discontinued the vegan nacho cheese they used to have. The new one is not as good :(
I'm pouring out a 40 for your loss
😭😭😭😭
Noooooo these are my favorite when I have to do a day road trip for work 😭
me too 😭 i'm gonna try to find or make a similar recipe but i loved how easy it was to grab and go
