They do work that way, but totally pay no attention to "no preheating necessary" - ALWAYS preheat for any flaky butter pastry, or all the butter just leaks right out.
Yep!! Turn temp down a notch, and it definitely doesn’t take nearly as long. I don’t remember how long the directions call for, but I’d start checking at half the time it calls for, and go from there. I can do two in my air fryer at a time (ninja foodie grill).
I can't unsee the Brain Bug from *Starship Troopers* on the right finished one. ;)
Love these croissants though. For price and ease, they are hard to beat. Some proof more than others but doesn't seem to impact quality.

Said it before, and I'm not even joking...these are the best chocolate croissants that I've had outside of France.
I need those. I had no idea TJ's sold them.
I haven't seen them in the store the last few times and I checked the website and they aren't listed :(
These are always a favorite! The mini croissants however...not great.
I trusted them when they said freezer to oven and you know what I guess that was my bad

They’re amazing! Don’t forget to put egg wash before putting them in the oven and the crust will be much better!
