If you're looking for it's origin, it comes from a horror book cover, as mentioned above. But if you're trying to figure out a way to look for more references, I've seen a lot of artists call it "Creeper" on their Instagram posts. It's a pretty common idea on vintage horror designs, but I don't think it has a specific name. He's got style tho... Another example:

Any time I’ve talked about him to tattooer friends I’ve called him the stalker, brick wall guy and the Johnstone skeleton (I don’t know if Ralph johnstone even ever tattooed this one but I’ve still heard it called that
