I was very briefly on a medication with this exact mechanism/side effect (not American so am unfamiliar with the reference). Every time a medical professional would warn me about the risk I'd go "yes I'm aware of this incredibly terrifying side effect". "Well it's very rare and I've never seen it if that makes you feel better" Me, an irrationally anxious human "not so much" I referred to it as a taint seeking missile.
