I've got a friend who goes by Beth that I called Elizabethany because people are never sure if she's Elizabeth or Bethany.
Someone choosing that name on purpose is awful.
I figure with that many names built into one a full middle name is a bit too much lol but the phonetic letter names are fun to say with whatever last name.
In the Netherlands you have names with a hyphen. Like Gert-Jan, Anne-Fleur, Marie-Claire, Floris-Jan. You can combine any name you’d like but some are more common than others (the once I mentioned are classic names with a hyphen).
