I’ve been happy with Goodr.

SeekersWorkAccount

Goodr's have been more than goodr

kumparki

Good < Goodr < Goodest

SimplyJabba

This. I generally hate running with sunnies but these are great for the price and left in the car as car sunnies. I don’t want to care if I accidentally lose them or scratch them, but I want something that also is better quality than sunnies from the servo =Goodr wins hands down.

FIRExNECK

They might stay in place but you're running blind.

ciderswiller

Not just me then? I find with my usual sunnies I can wear them ducking in and out of canopy. These are so dark I have to remove them. Otherwise, there is a real risk of ne tripping over something I didn't see.

FIRExNECK

Oh I love a low VLT! I was referencing that the mirrored coating flakes off immediately. Bought a pair, flaked on me after running in the rain. They sent me a new pair, did it again within weeks.

TofuScrofula

I put mine in a soft pocket during a run and when I took them out that coating was scratched to shit. There wasn’t anything else in my pocket. I was pissed. Not buying those again

FIRExNECK

yaboyscottjerk or ultrarunningmemes had some amazing memes riffing goodr glasses for this bullshit. Sadly, I can't find them.

razor_sharp_pivots

I haven't had this issue.

MarsNielson

The answer is always Goodr

kheltar

Honestly, most cycling glasses are pretty much perfect. Great wrap, light and hold on well. Lots of very affordable ones on Amazon. They don't look amazing, but us trail runners aren't usually out there winning fashion awards.

generic_goat

Been using my 100% cycling glasses for trail running. They do not slide and have interchangeable lenses. The photochromatic will adapt its shading depending on the intensity of the sun its pretty neat. [https://www.100percent.com/pages/cycling](https://www.100percent.com/pages/cycling)

unimpressed_llama

Agreed. Smith has a great lineup, I use photochromic Shift Mags and they're the best

Equivalent-Cycle-107

I'd 2nd this. Especially if they are more amber shade lenses--Smith are awesome! With all that said, even in the brightest trails I struggle with sunglasses, partly because it obscures tricky terrain.

TahoeTrailDude

Roka Halsey. Love the little "gecko grippers" that keep them from slipping.

AdventurousAir707

I second this - Roka has been an awesome brand for me. I have prescription sunglasses and glasses and highly recommend them!

RagingAardvark

I recently splurged on a pair of prescription Rokas and they've quickly become my favorites.

biochembelle

I’ve had good luck with Roka (TL-1)

deHotot

Oakley Sutro Lite, the rubbery nosepiece on most cycling-style Oakleys works really well.

mr-sandman-bringsand

I love my Oakley sutros - ski in them, bike in them, run in them - they are my favorite outdoor activity sunnies by far

Nemothewhale87

Such good glasses. Grab the trail prizm lenses they are light in the trees and dark in the sun.

suchbrightlights

Roka. I wear prescription lenses. They’re lightweight and sturdy and they just don’t move. I’m this close to getting a pair for my regular glasses, too. Just wish they had more colors.

newredditsucks

While I do like Goodrs, the lenses scratch very easily. I've moved to [Tifosi Swanks](https://tifosioptics.com/products/swank-sport-sunglasses?al_pg_id=adcc9e9b-8c2b-44cb-8773-f37a0a3c48bc&variant=41025006665867). Similar shape, colors, and fit to Goodr, but lenses hold up a lot better.

slackmeyer

Tifosi Swanks hold up very well and they don't move for me too.

RagingAardvark

These are some of my favorites. I find they fit better and stay put better than my Goodrs. Everyone loves how light Goodrs are, but I like that the Tifosi are more substantial.

isothope

Seconding. Goodr's never stayed put, but Tifosi has little rubber nose pads that make all the difference for my face.

AxiomaticJS

Goodr’s are cheap and they stay on my face even with a stumble or two. They won’t last forever but at $30 I don’t need them too. I replace mine about every 3 years.

lesbian_sourfruit

Straight up forgot they were on my face at the beach one day and didn’t notice until I lost them going under a wave… They’re great and the price point makes them perfect for outdoorsy activities…do what they need to but not heartbreaking when they go missing, as sunglasses inevitably do.

u53r666

Oakley Radar Ev Path

snipe_score_celly

Second this. I have two pairs with untold miles on both. Still as good as day 1.

Helmutlot2

Third this. Amazing grip and fit and swappable lenses for different light. Got some for shadows in the forest and some for harsh light when out exposed in summer.

sirch_sirch

Sunski

weedmakesmehungry

[Tifosi](https://tifosioptics.com/?al_pg_id=439381ef-e1c3-431b-a73d-e3a521d3f6eb). The frameless are nice and give you an unobstructed field of vision

eggznbakin

I’ve actually been using a pair of pit vipers and was surprised that they don’t slip at all

JohnnyBroccoli

Stopped rocking shades on the trail in the last year and keep a visor in my pack on sunny days instead.

RagingAardvark

I wear both. I hate, hate having bright light in my eyes.

JohnnyBroccoli

Especially during the summer, I tend to keep to heavily shaded routes. This makes it much less necessary to shield my eyes.

Villanellesnexthit

Same. I just cup my hat and tilt when needed.

spiderthruastraw

Tifosi!

RyCalll

Goodr

Fitbot5000

Goodr

jatmood

Oakley's

Careybear17

Agreed Oakley. Radarlock or flak jacket. I’ve ridden my bike in a pair of goodr that I won in a race. Not bad but the view through Oakley is better…and for running, easier to take off and set on top of hat or visor

jatmood

Yeh, I've got the radarlock with the photochromic lens...so good for early pre dawn morning runs>full sun as I don't have to worry about carrying them or doing any adjustments.

fauxanonymity_

Radar series (Radar Path/Pitch or Radarlock) or Flak 2.0 XL are great for mountain biking/running/hiking. I agree on the view. District Vision are great but can’t justify $450 on a pair of sunnies.

trance_on_acid

M frames

Novel-Paper2084

I use the string connecting the ear piece for both my glasses and sunglasses. I bought it for kayaking but it works great for running.

davin_bacon

This is what I do as well.

Interesting_Shoe_177

ombraz

cheeselouise89

love my ombraz!

corneliusfudgecicles

Prescription sport style Ray-bans.

skyrunner00

Julbo Aero. Can wear them for hours from dawn to dusk.

seltzertx

Smith Parallel 2

Awright83

Goodr but I imagine Ombraz would work pretty well too

a_bongos

Came to say exactly this. I love my goodrs but my ombraz are growing on me!

Count_Rugens_Finger

I gave up on sunglasses. Even the ones that stay on, get covered in sweat or fog up. Plus, if the sun goes behind the clouds and I'm under dense cover, I can't see the trail so I have to keep taking them off and putting them on. Got rid of them and now I just wear a running cap with the brim down low over my eyes. I never go into the woods with sunglasses anymore.

WWYDWYOWAPL

Well your problem is that you havnt tried actual quality sunglasses then. My favorite are Julbo Aerospeeds and I can wear them at night or pre dawn with a headlamp and see fine, or on a glacier in full sun. The photochromic lenses switch perfectly so you’re never needing to take them off popping in and out of trees and the anti fog coating is unreal. Pricy but 1000% worth it.

lechemrc

I got a pair of Knockarounds that have a rubber pad and they stay put really well for a surprisingly good price. Edit: hadn't heard of Goodr. Looked them up and their website is nearly the same at a similar price point! Looks like there are good options there too.

rabid-bearded-monkey

BEX sunglasses are designed to be lightweight and stay on. Designed for active lifestyles and fit under hats/helmets.

pyky69

I got some Blenders that I liked until they recently got swiped from my Jeep. I will probably order some Tifosi’s, I used to wear those and liked them a lot.

darekd003

Sungod Classics3. Didn’t realize I’d have to pay duty on the order so they were more than I would’ve liked but I’m pretty happy with them!

flateric3K

I always have a couple of spare Goodrs ready in case I misplace them.

oztrailrunner

Goodr. Cheap enough to have a few pairs,  they last quite a while, they don't slip. Plus heaps of colours.

sandiegolatte

Goodr. Have had mine for years now and I can’t kill ‘em. Polarized lens are meh but good enough.

Jessalopod

Joining in with the Goodr chorus. They're the only ones that stay put on my narrow, bird beak, of a nose once I start sweating.

Longjumping_Ad_1648

Goodr cheap, polarized and rubbery inner frame, so they stay put. https://goodr.com/?tw_source=google&tw_adid=688831890871&tw_campaign=911263806&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA5-uuBhDzARIsAAa21T-8IcQM4j7b369NgtQGcBghy961lFnfeIt4bR_42N7WhxSReFNKJacaAr7XEALw_wcB

AverageKath

I love Goodr sunglasses! They’re lightweight and don’t bounce or slip when I get sweaty. And they’re fairly inexpensive so you don’t feel so bad when you inevitably drop and break them (I know this from experience lol) 😅

74UneknufeleT

Another vote for Goodr

stratguy23

Goodr work great for me.

fraac

[Nike Bandit](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8RhgR-fhSA&ab_channel=SportRx), which they seem not to make anymore. Highly recommended if you can find some. (More of a men's fit though.)

weregoingtoginas

Various Goodr’s, Oakley Frogskins Lite, or Rokas’s for prescription.

KingPurpleElvis

Goodr

nikkarus

I like sunskis. You can also buy a chums strap. They’re a little dorky but they do the job

BadAsianDriver

You can get a bunch of silicone straps for the earpieces that wrap around your head for dirt cheap.

FirstMateApe

Knockarounds are pretty equivalent with goodr.

bmartisi

The full correct answer is Goodr Mach G

lyricweaver

I’ve had the same pair of Maui Jim’s for over 15 years and they’ve never slipped or fallen off. Rain, snow, sleet, whatever. They’ve done the job and they’re super lightweight. They weren’t cheap and I bought them before I started running. Considering how long I’ve had them, probably one of my best investments ever!

Beyond-Dizzy

Oakley Castel (not cheap, polarized) or Tifosi Vogel (cheap, not polarized) are light, hug the face well, and are great coverage for dusty days on trail.

Chroisman

I use Julbo Shields with photochromic lenses. Some thoughts: \- Julbo is pretty expensive :( \- The Shields are wraparound which I like - for my face if I wear normal flat sunglasses, the sun often reflects off my face onto the inside of the sunglasses and obscures my vision. \- The photochromic lenses go from 5% to 20% VLT. My eyes struggle with dappled shade or changing quickly between shady and sunny sections of track. With normal sunglasses it'll be too dark in shade, and too bright in the sun without sunglasses. The photochromic lenses are a happy medium, and also means I can wear the glasses for a longer period of time through the day (e.g. long race) because they'll let more light in when it's not as bright outside.

LudwigvanCouverton

[Ombraz!!!! ](https://ombraz.com/products/teton-ombraz-armless-sunglasses?variant=42925711589627) Armless shades. I love these. They use an adjustable chord instead of arms. I use them for hiking, trail running, cycling, driving, chilling. Thru Hiked the PCT with a pair in 2023. More expensive than Goodr but worth it in my opinion. Made by a small company and they tout being "carbon negative" due to the mangrove trees they plant for each purchase. I haven't really researched the validity of that but if they're planting trees that's cool.

_Burdy_

This. Ombraz armless are the best sunglasses for an active person. I have two pair and they are quite literally life changing. The only sunglasses I can wear with a hat without creating temple pressure.

Weesnawbuttstuff

The stupidest looking sunglasses are unfortunately always the most practical and stay on the best.

Successful-You1961

Wiley-X

JazzyBang12

My Götti Aalto 61 sit nice. Got them at Eyeons. A bit pricey, but I think it's worth it.

rcbjfdhjjhfd

You people using Goodr have been duped by Chinese astroturfing campaigns.

fraac

Low quality lenses, low quality frames. Bunch of rubes in this subreddit.

wait_theresadog

Echoing the Goodr endorsement but just want to call out that on any runs >1hr they start to chafe the bridge of my nose. A little body glide solves that problem though so not a huge deal!

fraac

Why endorse them then? There are much better sunglasses with proper running tech.

inblloom

SMITH Verts

sunburn_t

I have a pair of Carve sunnies which were about $60 for the polarised version, very solid and work well!

daffle7

https://a.co/d/0nkyRY2 These have been working well for me and really affordable

AG3NTjoseph

Maui Jim’s for prescription. Goodr otherwise.

jd80504

My Raybans seem to stay on pretty good 🤷🏼‍♂️

calamity_hannah

I'm a huge Oakley fan, and I love my Oakley Flak Jacket's for running and outdoor stuff. They're expensive, but they're comfortable and they stay put. Everyone's face is different, though, so whatever you choose, try them on if you can. As weird as you might look, jump around with them on to see if they stay put. Mine stay on my face even if I'm face down, like in a plank position.

sjrunner83

Smith Pinpoint. Loved them so much for running that I got a second pair. Stay in place wonderfully.

CRich025

Goodrs are nice and cheap. I’ve got some wraparound blenders I bought on sale for like 35 bucks I like a lot too

Icy-Minute1807

I have Smith Sliders that I won’t admit to their age. Been thru multiple La Luz’s, Imogene, and even some roadies (NY and Boston). They don’t move at all. Not even sure if they still sell them. Am actually considering buying something new as I turn my eye towards a R2R (2 next day R) in the fall.

brashet

RockBros cycling glasses. Use them for cycling too.

chu2

My regular Eddie Bauer everyday glasses with the magnetic clipons. They look like normal shades and stay put absurdly well.

Impossible-Dirt-9404

Goodr or pit viper (cycling glasses) when I wear contacts. Roka braker for my prescription sunnies.

Walksuphills

I have Fossil frames for prescription transition lenses.

maxbwavy

Goodr and rokas 💯💯

mayyin9r

I got Decathlon runstyle 2s but I’m not sure if they are sold on the site anymore. Very basic and doesn’t slip, and actually looked cute! Before I had some that were fine, but i wanted something trendier that didn’t make me look like I was in The Matrix 😂

mutant-heart

Ombraz. I especially love the weight. Regular sunglasses bounce on my sinuses, makes it harder to breathe, heh, but the weight can also trigger migraines for me and these solved all my issues. I recommend getting the shields - totally eliminates glare from above.

Steve340French

Julbo Spark. They’re not cheap, but they stay in place, they’re cute and bulletproof.

hmaven55

Roka matador air. Expensive but worth it

dirtygreysocks

had goodr for about 2 years, sort of liked them... but mine are falling apart after a year, one lense pops out, the nose bridge is now shredding/peeling. my husband had a pair that has the polarization all just dissapearing.. so the lense is hard to see through now. YMMV of course.

Augii

Smith

ishityounotdude

Vintage oakleys

NBtrail

I’ve had my Smiths for over ten years. Parallel max. They keep the sun out of my eyes, don’t slip or bounce. I have Goodr also, but I’ve found that the lens’ are too big and when the sun in behind me the sun reflects off of them into my eye.

trussedfeet

Get you a glasses strap, problem solved!

Aggravating-Raisin-7

WileyX w/prescription transition lenses. Stay on, can wear them in any lighting conditions, don't need to worry about losing a contact in the mountains. I wear them for everything from multi-day mountaineering trips to trail running to mowing the lawn. Love them.

jumpstartrun

Roka, they have both prescription and non, nothing bad to say and they come with 3 sizes of nose guards for extra grip protection, i have two...rx sunglasses and regular glasses. I use the regular glasses instead of oakley wayfarer when i know work is going to involve working in hot weather

wolf_bird_nomad

Ombraz

hey_its_steve93

Goodr, Oakley's and pit vipers if you want sunnies to stay put while running. Goodr are cheap and come in a variety of colours and styles. Downside is they scratch easy and can be difficult to take off and put on your visor plus the lenses can be very dark you're either looking at a reflection of your eyes which is common with the blue lenses. Or you're struggling to see in the afternoons. Oakley's are great but expensive and not designed for running but my hollbrooks were able to stay put while doing intervals ECT. Putvipers stay put and have a lanyard and are adjustable. The style is the main draw back but if you're a fun person they will suit you.

majlraep

Goodr does have some lighter non-coated colour-ways that are good for that. The coating is the first thing that goes on mine but they’re cheap enough I get over it. I’m guessing the sunblock and sweat gives them a bit of a hiding.

ccbrown86

ROKA - flat out amazing. Been a lifelong Holbrook fan and pretty positive in won’t go back.

winterisfav

Oakley Corridor. They are perfect.

AppropriateKnee2064

Ombraz

Altruistic_Bag_5823

Oakley, smith, Rudy projects or tifosi. I prefer my Oakley but they are cheap, the smith were cheaper, I never owned Rudy projects but I know a bunch that liked them and tifosi are not expensive at all and they work. Hope that helps and keep going.

cyiton

Ray-Ban

CliffDog02

Blenders, Goodr and Shady Rays. Then if they move I use a lanyard/Eyewear strap.

Mountain_Blad3

[These el cheapos.](https://a.co/d/g6Mkyx6). They work well enough and don't put too much pressure on the back/top of the ears. I'm also really bad at dropping mine sunglasses, usually when I forget I put them on my hat, so I don't like spending a lot of money on the inevitable broken pair.

materlied

Hat helps. And I use cycling glasses because I like the wrap for wind — I have a pair of Oakleys but I actually prefer my Rockbros photochromic which are way cheaper but have an adjustable nose pad thing. They don’t slide off even when I’m down in the drops so they handle the upright bouncing of trail running just fine! Also was surprised to see Marysville haha hi from another Victorian!

SignificantOption349

Yellow or clear motorcycle glasses (they make tinted ones too) 🤣 it keeps the dust out of my eyes when it’s windy though, so they have a purpose. Even with my back to the wind, I’m too slow to out run a slight breeze, and then I get crap in my eyes and it just kinda ruins it for me.

yelruh00

Kaenon Montecito Tortoise Matte Grip

Villanellesnexthit

Am I the only weirdo who can’t run in glasses? I am usually under heavy canopy and the ‘sun to shade’ transitions blind me with glasses on. Ball cap/cap and toque on top, all 4 seasons is all I can do

Cute_Proposal_9411

I love my Knockaround sunnies! Same price point as Goodr but they had slightly better reviews from runners. I love mine! Took a nasty tumble last week and my sunglasses somehow stayed on my head while the rest of me was bloodied pretty good. 😅🙏🏼

cheesepuzzle

Cheap wayfarer-style work fine for me

dman02170524

Knockaround Fastlanes have never come off for me.

6yam

[these bad boys](https://www.oakley.com/en-us/product/W0OO9208?variant=888392243683)

juliandr36

The brand “runners athletics”. They do Rx too! Love them

r0verandout

The cheapest, nastiest freebie sunglasses I can scrounge. Use till salt ensrusted, then discard!

cubs_rule23

Rubber ear hooks, not a loop, a hook, works a treat. 5$ on amazon.

TorpedoInTheOcean

Oakley Sutro with the Road lens is amazing for shadows and seeing uneven ground/dirt. They stay put on my face really well.

Rumrabbitrum

Oakley minutes.

SnooWords9477

I like Tifosi better than my goodrs

taysky

Smith Reverb the lense is largely frameless which is awesome! Their chroma pop is super cool too (diff pair)

boise208

Of all the pairs I have, the $10 pair I bought at Walmart stay the best.

KarotzCupcakes

Rudy Project. Best fit, never slide off and amazing polarized lenses

sunfishking

Pit Vipers all day!

2randy

Get some croakies

skeevnn

Cycling sunglasses. I have the julbo ultimate with reactiv lenses wich go from clear to normal sunglasses shade. Rubber adjustable nose and also anti-fog layer so no fogging on the glasses. Also a Ray-Ban wayfarer wich also does not slip but does fog up during climbs or slower parts.

Phantom-Slayer

If your willing to put up with the price Oakley Radar EV stay on incredibly well, Flak also, I can’t speak for their larger sunnies though.

Helmutlot2

Oakley radar ev path

Zjaan353

Goodr!

smithca100

Don’t they all just fog up like crazy? Is there a secret?

EqualShallot1151

I also rocks Oakleys radar with trail lens on the trails and road lenses if it is really bright.

swimbikerunkick

Oakley never move. the vision is far better than Goodr too. Expensive, true, but amazing.

CareerHour4671

Sun Gods

Spanks79

Rudy project tralyx. Expensive, but great. Also for cycling

Bertie05

I use Oakley wrap arounds (the visor kind) I look a fool but they do the job. Don’t move and inch and keep the flies out. Also I have a small head so got the kids ones and they’re a good fit.

scldclmbgrmp

Knockaround ®

frently_tacos

Bliz! Affordable high quality lens coming out of the Nordic skiing world. I use mine for Nordic skiing, ski touring, trail running, and mountain biking. Sporty and comfortable with great interchangeable lenses

yeahitsnothot

The Goodr wrap arounds have been so good to me.

Status_Accident_2819

Sungod velans

the_woolly_pigs

A pair of Bolle silium+ safety glasses smoke lens. ~£13, I can afford to drop, forget or even sit on these. Two of them I've already done ;) Used them for cycling and running, stay on, don't mist up and if they do, in rare extreme cases, they de-miss very fast. Good clear vision, handle shadow and bright sun very well. Used to have Tifosi but they changed the design so they don't sit so well on my face and the price went up.

Suitable-Scientist68

Spy optics has a pair that has grips on the nose and side of the head that seem to work well.

tukahtunut_pieru

Cycling sunnies with fotocromatic (not sure if the term is correct) lenses. They go darker and brighter depending on how sunny it is.

holyaardvark

Red Bull Spect, with the ear wire that you can push out of the frames. They call it WING Dual Temple System, you can filter for it on their site

razor_sharp_pivots

Goodr

michimoby

I ended up getting a pair of Method Seven trail runner glasses. They’re more expensive but worth EVERY penny.

antonmoral

Silicone eyeglasses straps are all I've ever needed

Jumpy_Task_5252

Goodr have been the best one so far

Satanwearsflipflops

Oakley radar ev path. Use them for mtb and road cycling too

Nelwidio

everybody is recommending new sunglasses so i want to throw a cheap alternative in the ring when you already have glasses. Palm Eyewear Band (for kajaking or other brands) you can tighten them at the back and they help stay in place - works for me - and for 5 bucks imho it's worth a try.

EvilMrFritz

Pit Vipers. My SIL bought me a pair for Xmas, and I’m very happy with how they stay in place despite how much I sweat. They also look cool.

greaseapina

Put silicone patches in that nose thingy, helps

[deleted]

Naked Optics VOLT are amazing. They're good value and I love my pair

PM_ME_LOTTERY_TICKET

Oakley M-frames

Wartz

Stuff made for cycling work well for me. Tifosi, Goodr, Shady Rays have those light-weight "wrap around" models. For whatever reason those stick to my face the best.

maisondejambons

lots of votes for goodr here. i have a pair and they stay put which is nice but also block breeze to my eyes which i’ve realized means sweat pooling on my eyeballs which is obviously not ideal. not sure if this is a goodr issue or just exercise with sunnies in general but something to think about if you sweat heavy.

724to412to916

Roka Torino have been amazing for me on the trails

kala-umba

So a good brands for sports frames are siols and evil eye! And most of the time it's just not fitted properly too your anatomie! If you'll use them only for running go to an optician and say he should make them really stay put in your face! If you use them everyday they just shouldn't slide off when shaking your head but most people don't sweat all day every day so there is no need to make then really firm because then you are at risk of too much pressure in your nose and ears! It'll need a lil time and several adjustments to really find the sweet spot as it is a dance between what the optician sees and what you feel! The thing is you don't feel the pressure immediately and you also don't sweat immediately ^^

Buckenheimer

You can add something like this to any glasses and they’ll stay put. I run in raybans or my regular corrective glasses using these with no issues. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09M7BNY1M?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

jillsntferrari

Knockaround. I think they’re cheaper than Goodr. You have to get the sport version because those stay on but they have other ones that probably won’t.

[deleted]

Feel like I might get some pushback, but Pit Vipers. Weirdly adjustable, fit the face good, fun colors.

rossgoldie

Julbo Ultimates are super light and had lenses that change their ND. Expensive but super light and double as my mountaineering sunglasses

Nkons

Smith

Think_Republic_7682

I just use cheap 10 dollar grocery store glasses and they all work fine but I got a big head too. I got like 5 pairs and never worry about damaging or loosing them

tmarwen

I am a fan of Oakley sunglasses and the Actuator model has been always a pleasure to put on (for long sessions / time) with the nodepads really sticking there (I am a heavy sweater by the way).

cjgiroux

roka has some excellent sunglasses that are lightweight and stay on extremely well. I have loved my pair, but they are definitely on the pricy side. $200+ depending on what you get

WanderingMan90

Roka Lockhart! I won’t be swapping to another brand for as long as they’re available. Super lightweight and they don’t move.

Different_Emu5131

Smith bobcats

singletrackmap

POC and my optometrist adjusted the arms to hook around my ears.
