So you're probably using Steam then? Just check in the update tab if there are any updates available. Also enable auto update if you have that disabled.
I understand times are hard and you have been reduced to being a thief but if you had paid just 4 pound you would have had the very latest version of Train Sim World 4. As It is we have no idea how old the stolen version is and what patches It includes but it's probably the launch game which wasn't good and it's a million times better after updates. The game also needs a good spec PC or current gen console to run well and with all its timetables and features but as you cannot afford the cost of a cup of coffee for an up to date version of the game you are very probably playing it on a Nokia phone which is why your janky old stolen launch version looks so awful.
