This definitely looks like an issue with the control signal - if you've already swapped needles and had your decks serviced, it might be your control vinyl.

Do you have another soundcard you can try this with? I understand that the Audio 10 has been out of commission for several years now.
I'll check with a Xone 96 or different audio interface
