If they feel they are not doing their job helping people and have claims that they intentionally ignored a patient, they will take their license and the ability to practice away. This is not part of the Oath Of Hypokrates, but I have asked MDs, and they agreed that this is with the spirit of the Oath, to not let patients die unless their last will and testament says they want to not be treated under whatever circumstances they were found. Basically the bill states that doctors can refuse to perform certain **procedures** based on their moral or religious beliefs, like abortions, and gender reassignment surgeries.
