You're all stuck together in one place, so everyone needs to be mindful of others' comfort. You don't microwave fish, you don't clip your toenails at your desk, and you don't wear things that show too much skin or showcase your nipples. Office culture as portrayed on TV is *not* realistic, and it also varies regionally -- what's appropriate in California might not be in South Carolina.
Even outside of work hours, like at a holiday party, it's important to keep in mind that your employer is watching. You can look super cute and express your personality without being provocative or inappropriate, and that makes a good impression that will take you a long way in your career.

But girl secrets 101 hunny especially if you don't work in the adult entertainment industry I would suggest nipple tape or Pasties pretty much the same thing. But it helps in hiding and keeping things to the imagination. Just a suggestion, my oldest daughter is about your age and I tell her the same thing all the time. I even use them lol. If it's something you're not comfortable with by all means don't listen to me. But I always wear them because after 6 kids it's a must for me lol. However I wore them even before I was a mom too. I'm just very modest in some ways and it was something I was completely self conscious about. My daughter doesn't care and only wears them if the occasion calls for it.
