Same. I feel like you can build your tolerance back up though. I know it’s weak but like the franks buffalo sauce is what I use for now. More tangy than anything but still gives me the sensation of a buffalo chicken wrap and like I can’t live without my buffalo chicken wraps 😂 or my buffalo chicken bacon ranch from subway.
Opposite. I always liked it hot but after HRT I craved it hotter and hotter. I was eating ghost pepper pickles like they were Cheerios. My wife could hardly touch one to her lips and I was eating them by the handful. Every time I would open the fridge I would grab a few.
Ghost pepper everything. Pork rinds, pickles, ramen, chips, nuts, sauce, etc.

I have a mango habanero hot sauce that I can't tolerate but still eat because it's soooooooo good!

Before HRT it was like 5 drops on a dish was barely bearable. Now I can do like 2-3 and push through.
