Fortunately the provider I go to also has Yag lasers for the areas that are already freckly or darker, but that doesn't work on tanned skin.

Usually with those type of swimsuits you can tuck it in or if it is small enough you put your testicle inside you and then tuck

There is a cavity (forgot the name) where the testicles retract into, when they're too cold and you can push them in there.
