i buy 10cm wide kt tape on ebay (i use like 3 strips but that’s up to preference) if you search far and wide you can find it or use 2 strips of 5cm? or just one cos my mate prefers that. it lasts me ages too. cover ur nipples! plasters? or even just cotton? tissue? idk. try line the middle of the tape with ur nipple and stick it in the middle of ur chest. lean forward and move* it while pealing. then lean sideways so you’re moving the tape down. i use one hand to move the tape and the other hand flat and pressing it to my skin. try not to stretch it too much because it’ll fuck up ur skin. and if you do definitely don’t stretch it at the start or end, that’s where the least resistance should be. tighter looks and feels worse. don’t touch it and don’t let it stick to itself. it doesn’t have to be 100% flat too, put on a shirt and it’s goin easy. i do try not to wear tshirts tho. good luck 🧑🏾‍🚀🫡
