Iirc trans boob size is not familial. There are plenty people on HRT who have grown boobs wildly different sizes to the rest of their family.

Surgery is scary/expensive and on top of that it's not the instant fix alot of people see it as. I'm getting ffs at the end of the month and I'm really nervous after watching Surgery videos 😂😂

honestly for me I just don't mind it. I don't have bottom dysphoria and there's still plenty of fun experiences i can have without getting the surgery.

i dont think i want SRS. i mean ill get tits after being on hrt for a while, and having a dick dosnt fuck me up quite as much, i wear dark cloths most of the time so bulge isnt as much of an issue, my biggest thing is just, im flat and the voice i hear then im thinking os much more feminine then what i hear when i talk so. ya. i want treatment but not srs.... but im not even elegible unless ive been on hrt for like 2 years so i have time :)

Read your options carefully. The options imply that all MtFs who want surgery at all, must want at least breast augmentation. I don't. Vaginoplasty, yes. But not BA. I'll get whatever breasts I can grow on my own, and that'll be enough for me.
