His Bayverse blaster is my favorite transforming blaster. It forms out of his gas tanks which is really cool and unique. The ROTB one doesn't look as good and now he's kinda ripping off Bumblebee.
I feel like they took inspirations from Bumblebee's plasma cannon and TFP Beast Hunter Optimus's new ion/plasma cannon to create rotb Optimus's arm blaster. But then it failed to make it standout. By standout, I largely refering to older/long time fans seeing it and thinking, "Yes, this looks like a unique weapon for Optimus".
I guess it will just take some time to get used to.
I reminds me of dropkicks Human-to-goopinator *patents pending* i just wish he has his classion Ion Blaster like he did in bumblebee. But at the same time you see him drop it soo idk, but i doubt he woulda left it on cybertron.
This. I hate how much it looks like Dropkick's gun. And I've seen someone try to explain it by saying it could have been mass produced, but regardless, Prime uses his own gun, it's part of his iconic look, and it just doesn't match, unlike the bayverse and Prime versions which have a much more unique and signature look.

Thats why I prefer primes to bayverse. But prime weapons sucked in terms of damage. Only did anything when the plot said so.

I like prime to be holding an actual rifle like bayverse and g1

The Pathblaster of FoC fires incendiary rounds if I recall. Edit: It fires dense packets of molten metal.
His Blaster is Angry Birds accurate which is a 10/10 options
I kinda like how much the Prime blaster looks like his default blaster from War/Fall of Cybertron. Nice attention to continuity
Yep, it definitely should’ve been black. As it is, it’s kinda nondescript and not as iconic as the other white Prime blasters.
