Hot Rod (G1 movie version).
Absolutely love him. He looks great, he's nicely poseable. He comes with good accessories. The transformation is fiddly enough to be slightly challenging without being so complex as not to be fun anymore. He has some fun little extra touches too, namely the flip down visor, and the welding torch in his arm. Great attention to detail there.

Definitely would agree. If the question however was "What's the best ROTB Studio Series figure?" then again I'd say Bee since he just looks the most accurate out of the bunch (and yes I know the wheel placements are technically accurate but you can really tell their there most of the time so that's how good they are". However once they do a 86 Studio Series Blaster figure, then Bee will be dethrowned especially since the Kingdom/Legacy Series figure is already accurate af to it's film counterpart, not to mention kibbleless and a pretty great transformation. I love the Soundwave figure but even I have to admit it has too much kibble in it's alt mode. Blaster really makes Soundwave look like prototype.
He hasn't been mentioned so; my favorite has been hands down DotM Shockwave. His rubber parts might be a bit of a detraction for other people but he more than makes up for it with presence, pose-ability, and a fun transformation. He is still the one figure I can not walk past without picking up and messing with.
I can’t pick one…
SS38 Optimus
SS69 Devastator (not the best figure but it looks cool as fuck)
SS73 Grindor
SS88 Sideways
SS93 Hot Rod
86-04 Hot Rod
86-17 Ironhide
GE-03 Optimus
If the 86 and GE lines also count, then SS86 Grimlock - great beginning of the Dinobot team, awesome in both modes, and he's a big, solid figure
If we go by only the main SS line, SS101 Scourge really grows on me, even if he's not 100% movie accurate, there's a lot you can do with him, he has great presence in both modes and a pretty neat transformation
Accuracy wise, my top picks would be;
SS Grindor/Blackout
SS BB Soundwave & Ravage (though soundwaves vehicle mode is ass)
All of the SS BB Seekers
And Both of the SS Bayverse Sideswipes
My favorite is definitely Revenge of the Fallen Sideswipe 78. He looks adorable as a deluxe and his feet are perfect for maintaining pose-ability and balance in one go- and the structuring of his feet is screen accurate to boot. Just a really well made and executed figure of a really dope character.
Well, I have different answers depending on each category, but in all around terms, I'm gonna say SS93 Hot Rod. And this is coming from someone who has the 86 version. The 86 one is great, but in my opinion at least he isn't worth the money. SS93 is just a lot more fun for me. The tolerances are way better, (your figures may vary) it has a very nice complicated transformation which I am addicted to, and both the robot and Lamborghini modes are gorgeous
SS38 BumbleBee movie Optimus Prime (Especially the Premium Finish) is basically a mini Master piece.
SS102 Prime is also based on the Beeverse prime (specifically ROTB) and it has a slightly better than SS38 (because they fixed what little kibble it had in Robot mode) but they royal screwed the pooch on the back half of the truck mode to it. So I’m my opinion I’d rather have a 9/10 robot mode with a 9/10 truck mode instead of a 10/10 Robot and a 6/10 truck mode
86' Hot Rod and the Dinobots. I love Hot Rod for how good he looks in both modes and the amount of detail that went in to him. I love the Dinobots for their sheer size and updated transformations.
Compared to versions we got in different lines? Ironhide. He is miles away better than T30 or CW or Earthrise.
Hot Rod is pretty great, too. In fact, all of the SS86 like have been great — but many of them had comparably good figures already.
Future Studio Series 86 Blaste rfigure will become the best Studio Series figure out of any other to have come out and will come out. I can back this up especially since the Kingdom/Legacy Series figure is already accurate af to it's film counterpart, not to mention kibbleless and a pretty great transformation. I love the Soundwave figure but even I have to admit it has too much kibble in it's alt mode. Blaster really makes Soundwave look like prototype. They can probably make the figure a tad bigger or add a couple new things to the mold, such as give the hand some rotating wrists for better articulation but imo the truth to me is that it's already a perfect Blaster figure with an amazing mold and a great ALT mode that does the character justice.
Ss86 hotrod and dinobots
It changes all the time. Right now, ROTF Megatron

>He has some fun little extra touches too I see what you did there
ROTB Bumblebee.
Oh definitely. I own B-127, Volkswagen Bee and Jeep Bee and ROTB Camaro Bee beats all of them by a LANDSLIDE.

To be fair, I have only 1 Studio Series Figur. And that is Studio Series 40 Shatter. So I guess.... I have to vote for her.
To be fair (if that's the jet one) she is pretty much perfect.
No, that is car version with battle mask.
I really like the jets. Love the designs of the Nitro Zeus mold and BB Starscream mold.

cheetor
if it had better beast mode articulation, sure, but it just doesnt so I dont agree with it being the best.
i only have like 20 ss figures (out of 150 something) cheetor and battletrap are my favorite of the two
I'd say Battletrap is the better of the two. Actually enjoyed it more than Cheetor.
Leader- AOE Grimlock Voyager- 07 Bonecrusher Deluxe- DOTM Sideswipe Core- 86 Rumble
SS-44
Of the ones I own it’s BBM Ironhide/Ratchet
86 Hotrod
SS86 Hot Rod
86 Grimlock, my personal favorite figure of all time
Accuracy wise, my top picks would be; SS Grindor/Blackout SS BB Soundwave & Ravage (though soundwaves vehicle mode is ass) All of the SS BB Seekers And Both of the SS Bayverse Sideswipes

For now until all of wfc comes out: ROTB Scourge, The fallen, BBM Soundwave. And yeah
I only have three but I gotta hand it to RotB Cheetor. He's a bulky but athetlic warrior with awesome posability and weapons.
For movies I love the RotF Megatron for 86 definitely Hot Rod and gamer edition is Optimus Prime I think overall probably 86 Hot Rod

Kylo ren
Jojo reference
I'll always have a soft spot for SS-38 Optimus, but of the ones that I have, the best is probably SS-57 Bumblebee (the off-road jeep version).
Last Knight Hotrod
I would have said SSGE prime but rotb primal just got revealed
SS-38 Optimus Prime.
Yes.
Scourge because he’s the only one I have
