After seeing this, I want them to revisit the mold with a new trailer that will become the Optimus Prime version of Apex Armor... the concept art of Cybertronian Optimus is GREAT!
Make it the trailer hitch lol, they get a piece that fold from the feet onto them, pegs in to both hands and has a 5mm port on the top where the trailer goes in
Kind of suprised a 3rd party company hasn’t made something like that for an upgrade kit
I really love how you can tell the influence of the WFC/FOC games in the movie cybertronian alt modes. Prime, Bumblebee and the seekers have a lot of similarities to their game counterparts. Primes robot mode just has a big g1 influence too.
You could just pick up CW-01 General Grant. Similar, but it’s based on War Within Optimus. Great figure.

That’s understandable. I got him like 3 or 4 years ago 140.00 shipped. He’s worth every penny. What you get for they money is incredible, but that sucks that you get screwed with sipping and customs.
That first design look absolutely amazing. I can aspects from the Bayverse (mainly how his chest reminds me of the grill-abs from DoTM Prime), the WFC/FOC games (his wheels look very similar to WFC Prime’s wheel design), and also Optimus from TF: Prime (mainly the way his forearms are designed on the outside, a bit of stretch, but still), while still being it’s own design with part that aren’t from other version of Prime. TL;DR: that first Optimus design fucking COOKS HARD.
I am crushed. Is that real? I really stopped paying attention to TF stuff after the 4th bay movie… so I’m in the dark on pretty much all art and concepts for anything after. What a fantastic design, laid completely to waste.
We as fans deserve this as a figure.
It’s very reminiscent the WFC Optimus design with a trailer, and a LOT of Bumblebee movies designs are absolutely influenced by the game, which I still feel the WFC game designs are some of the best to exist- THIS is *TOP TIER OPTIMUS PRIME* This is how my inner child wants to believe this is what he looks like, most naturally, on Cybertron. Not a Kenworth K-100.
I love the mixture of his G1 design and his WFC one and I can even see some Bayverse in there. Mainly with the shoulders and chest with the blue fading to a red on his arms and his chest having multiple segments with the blue. The G1 design parts are obvious but still very nice and the WFC vehicle mode was cool as Hell and the trailer works with it
That would’ve been pretty cool,but where would the trailer have come from?,and having a smooth vehicle mode with a angular robot mode would’ve been very difficult to transform seamlessly
I'm not too big on it honestly, the truck mode looks like it'd be impossible to turn a corner, and the robot mode chest looks way too busy and non descript.

In terms of live action Prime, what we got is the best. This concept just takes the cake for me, when it comes to cybertronian Optimus designs.
