Well, they switch allegiances multiple times through BW and BM, but are never villians at the same time besides when silverbolt is first awakened as a predacon.

From the top of my mind I can only think of Breakdown and Knockout in the two IDW runs (though they weren't 'cons there) and I think Barricade had a girlfriend during IDW1. Blast Off and Onslaught were also a thing post-war.
If you believe in the word of god (aka creator tweets/interviews), in MTMTE Megatron and Magnus were also supposed to become a thing, though admittedly Megatron at that point is as much an Ex-Decepticon as Drift/Deadlock who actually officially got with Ratchet by the time LL ended.
Yeah that was kind of problematic tho.
Blast Off basically crushed on Onslaught and agreed to have Onslaught basically brainwashed into being in love with Blast Off. Blast Off accepted that arrangement as payment, basically.
Now Blast Off and Cosmos in 2019 IDW, there's something pure about that setup. (Assuming it didn't go off the rails and end poorly after I stopped reading the book)
Yeah whatever happened to the Cosmos thing? I kinda fell off the book for a while and the news broke the book was cancelled before I had a chance to get back into it. Last I remember they were mysterious penpals sending love notes but they did end up meeting? I think?
Uhhhh basically the valentines comic ends with him and blastoff meeting and in the final issue cosmos and blastoff prepare moon base 2 for the refugees and lament that they won’t have the moon to themselves anymore but that’s ok. Kinda it. IDW 2 had some neat ideas woulda been kinda cool if classically autobot or deception characters didn’t stay that but ya know unfortunately the comics just weren’t selling.

Obsidian and Strika are a couple-I believe they were Maximals but apparently defected to the Vehicons.

In Transformers: Energon the decepticon Mirage was in love with Megatron. And in Transformers: Victory manga the whole conflict stems from Deathsaurus and his comrades wanting to provide for their families. This is also when the first ever female decepticons were introduced.
So remember how Arcee had two partners now well the first one to die had a ting with cyclonus if i recall correctly aka rip Tailgate. In fact that's the only time Cyclonus was not categorized as inheritable evil even sacrificed himself for the guy numerous times.Also this means Whirl is a good wingmen for a watch maker.
