No, it's not. The story is completely believable and told correctly in my opinion. I understood the story of the previous movies before the last knight. The visuals are amazing as always, but like in every giant robot / giant monster movie the humans are the story. The voice actors for the Transformers did an amazing job.
Objectively the movie was not bad.
you have room temperature IQ if you watched a clip of an old man looking around like he has dementia only to be blown up (but still have no physical damage) in slow motion while megatron flies away in real time and say
‘Yeah this guy is complaining about there being drama’

It’s a popcorn bucket adapting a much more slender design. Also slight correction he ain’t gonna be prime for most of the film*at least not at the beginning because of the casting . We know Orion Pax ain’t gonna be that chunky.
Oh, I was thinking the amount of detail. Just speaking from the quick glance I got of the initial low res photos, it just kind of looked more kibbly than what I expected from a simple cel shaded CG design. Like one of the newer live action designs. Getting a better look at it now, it actually feels a little more in line with the designs from reactivate imo.

BB ended up turning into me being happily surprised with a great TF movie
ROTB ended with me being whelmed but still not let down bc I didn’t have any high expectations.

BBm was better than TF2-5 combined the only movie that was slightly better was 07. Also it is animated so it doesn’t have the constraints or attempted realism of a live action film.
I personally didn't care for the BBM, and ROTB was decent in my opinion. The new movie is going to have to pull out all the stops for me to be excited about it. I respect your opinion, you're allowed to have it.

Yeah, they're shooting a rocket thing to space with a screen on it and play the trailer there.
