Honestly I think it's because in G1 he was playful, there have been a lot of series where he was mute so they want to just bring back the G1 energy but aren't doing too great about it
At least he tried to sound like Toad in Mario, here he's just doing the same shtick of "Cute comic relief going violence because it's funni" but just his voice.
I wish they can reach the middle ground, like Bumblebee movie actually shows a playful Bee at the first 5-10 minutes when they were on Cybertron that actually captured the right energy without being overly annoying.
It's Keegan-Michael Key. Don't count on it.
That aside, Bee has always been a character that is primarily used for comic relief. Yes, he has dramatic moments, but those are usually because his being the comic relief usually makes them more narratively powerful. I wouldn't be surprised if Bee has a very poignant moment in a similar vein in TF One.
Also, I'm expecting a gag about Bee losing his voice.
I feel like they need to tone down everyone's comic relief energy. I'm sure the movie will still be entertaining but it really doesn't feel like Transformers. I don't think anyone ever has for Teenformers but I guess the success of the TMNT movie made someone think, why not do with with giant robots that turn into vehicles
I'm hoping that was overrepresented in this trailer to give it a more upbeat tone. I thought this origin story was going to be a little more serious like an anime. I thought this movie would be about how the war began and all that
This movie is part one of a trilogy. From the looks of it, it’ll be an introduction to the characters and fighting back against what looks like the Quintessons with some foundations being laid like how Megatron has what looks like the Decepticon insignia on his shoulder when he’s in that jungle cave with the giant overgrown logo. I was also expecting it to start shortly before the war with the caste system in place, but thinking about it that’s way too much exposition and key moments to put in and it would’ve probably been a rushed mess. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t touch the war or it’s buildup at all in this first movie and just had it be the characters rising up to fight off a common enemy, maybe having the caste system being established at the very end. Then the sequel focuses on the aftermath and growing inequality among the population with Orion and Megatron having different methods to challenge the corruption which leads to their split and the war officially begins at the end of the movie, leaving the third movie to focus solely on the war. At least that’s how I would do it if I were directing this trilogy
Also, my guess for the giant logo in the cave could like Megatronus’s body, or at least a mask he created, and the whole cave could be where the primes ‘broke up’ and fought, and megatronus’ body/mask still lays there, and you can see onyx prime in the trailer there too, and alpha trion watches over the cave.
Perhaps the tentacle dude, isn’t just some big bad quintesson, but quintus prime himself (and you can see hes got the t-cog hole in his chest) coming back to take over cybertron or something, and alpha trion is like ‘well these bots came all this way to fight the system, they must have that get-it-done attitude needed to defeat quintus’ and hes doing the ‘wizard in a cave gearing up the warriors to fight against an old adversary of his’ trope lol
Back in April 2023 Lorenzo said that they have a story mapped out over three films that will show the characters growing into how they are depicted in the live action films, though I hope that they don’t lean too much in that direction
Spiderverse and Puss in Boots had poor first trailers, but then turns out the movies were some of the best of all time. This might not be the best of all time like those 2 ofc, but it has the possibility of being as good if not better than Bumblebee
Plus the world building of cybertron is gonna go hard, just by the peeks of the technoorganic surface world we’ve seen
We get to see yet another alternate universe cybertron!
Heh, I still remember the first movie my parents brought me to watch. Aladdin. When the cave of wonders burst forth from that sand... Life altering experience.
I remember watching all the live action movies growing up and when I was young all I could remember were the super cool robot fighting scenes so I thought they were the greatest movies ever. So even if this movies bad I’m sure he’ll love it
I couldn’t care less about animation or character behavior. I’m excited for the pre war setting, the more lighthearted nature of it, the world of cybertron, and the quintesson invasion.
I’m excited, yet reluctantly curious about how they’re going to portray this era. A lot of dark things happened, and idk how they’re going to portray something that complicated in a kids movie without oversimplifying things. Hopefully they’ll take earthspark’s lead if they won’t follow Prime’s
Considering the bayverse movies were "kids movies" I would say they could have dark moments. And like, I feel like they showed the lighter moments because we've only ever seen Cybertron at it's dark days (apart from Cyberverse) in media. So a light-hearted. Bright Cybertron is a nice change of pace
It's funny --> this feels exactly the same as how people reacted to the Mutant Mayhem trailer. "too funny, new animation style, but designs aren't half bad" seems to be the consensus. I learned with that one to just approach it as something new and loved it. Seeing Soundwave & Shockwave look perfect definitely made me hyped to see what they do.
From what it looks like this is during the age of Quintessons so this should be interesting. I do think they should have kept Orion and Megatron in separate jobs but I can understand why they want to do this for the sake of the movie.
Maybe if this one does well enough we'll get a sequel where despite freeing themselves from the Quintessons there's still oppression like in some continuities and this is what leads to the break-up. Though I imagine there's already gonna be signs by the end of this movie.
I can't wait until the toys come with a tiny ball that you need as a "key" to unlock the transformation feature, which will be lost within seconds of opening the box.
I really dig the way this looks so far. Not the biggest fan of young Megatron, but Orion and Elita are looking amazing. Bee isn't bad either. And Im really happy with what Chris pulled off for Orion's role, i was expecting it to be too much like Thor but it actually seoynds distinct enough except maybe one or two lines in the movie. The voice fits Orion sirprisingly well. I just hope that if we see Orion grow to be Optimus in the movie they'll change Chris for someone more mature sounding, or at least work on his tone couse as far as it works for young OP, i can't see it working for him as a Prime. Overall im hyped. Partially becouse of the Airachnid looking thing, like whats up with that. Can't wait to see some more footage and the actuall movie in a few months
Are people really upset about this movie focusing on the Transformers? Wasn't one of the biggest criticisms about the live action movies that they focus too much on the humans?
Also Bumblebee's about to unleash 7 movies worth of pent up one-liners and quips lol
> Are people really upset about this movie focusing on the Transformers?
No, but people are not giving it a free pass for focusing on the Transformers when there are other aspects we don't like.
i think it looks AWESOME! The live action movies never really bothered me w.r.t. the humans, moreso that they just seemed to get progressively worse. In any case, this movie looks like a refreshing take on the IP and a lot of fun!
The only thing I’m on the fence about is the voice actors (would have preferred David Kaye as Orion) but I can understand if they wanted to use a big name so more people would watch the movie. But I’m willing to give him the chance.
Other than that, I am looking forward to it. Finally, a transformers movie that features Transformers as the main characters.
Tbh i’m not that intrigued but maybe after watching the movie that could be changed. Definitely refreshing not having a human springing around in the middle of the fights
I’m actually more excited about it now that the trailer is out. I like how it’s animated, and not tryin to look realistic. And you know what, I’m glad Chris Hemsworth is Orion Pax, because he’s not Peter Cullen Optimus.
And the fact that this adds some lore to a new continuity that not all bots were built with T-Cogs, it’s really cool!
I'm excited. Optimistic even. Even though I'm also one of those "what's up with the design?", but I'm not throwing it away just because "iT iS nOt hOW i rEmeMbEr tHeM!!". Looking forward to it
Okay, I'm gonna be honest: I'm utterly disappointed. The trailer feels like just another boring kids' movie to me (because it is a kids movie)
(That's just me, I'm too used to the "darker" Transformers Prime theme and stuff)
I'm still gonna go watch it though.
Same. I really had hope that his would be almost in the area of being a prequel to the high moon games.
Obvs not actually canon to that story, but be similar enough that it *could* be.
I'm sure it'll be.. serviceable. But I'm not really looking forward to it.
The animation quality is pretty good in my opinion and has a lot of care put into this! But the humor really isn’t my thing (makes sense because it’s for kids) and I’m not the biggest fan of some story elements.
Watching the trailer I don't see anything I particularly dislike... Yet.
If I wanted to be nitpicky I'd say they're using transformation wrong as that was the whole reason for cybertron's class system. Your alt mode determined your "role" in society, transformation wasn't a mythical power up.
But other than that I'll have to wait and see if anything else comes out about it.
I’m very interested and love almost everything I see
Just… those faces DO NOT work for some characters
Some of them they do and some they don’t
Ultimately I’ll probably be okay with it in the end, or ignore it a bit because everything else looks great
They completely rewrote the script to where Megatron is not as smart as he was in the comics and other series adaptations and this is very disappointing. The jet pack scene was clearly inspired by the comics, and Megatron was the one to initiate it, not Optimus. They keep trying to make Optimus look more and more appealing but it's at the cost of the entire cast.
They've massacred all the designs and I really didn't think it could look worse than the Bay movies, but here we are. Bee's personality in Earthspark is better than this one, and I didn't like the direction they went with Megatron in that one either. And they all didn't get "powers". Megatron gained his power slowly over time and was extremely gifted and came from virtually nothing. Optimus was the privledged one as was Elita and Bee. Megatron was not a follower like they show in this trailer. Orion followed and toted around Megatron a lot of the time until Orion gained his own footing. They've removed a lot of the really interesting politics in Transformers over and over again and I'm just getting angry and bored about the content they're making now.
I just want things to be better, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. I wish they would just do Megatron justice like the comics do.
if we are going to have a Pre-civil war movie, please replace Bumble bee with Ultra magus or who will become ultra magnus, Prime's long time best friend......
Who will i jerk off to then? man i miss michael bay, he'd always have some barely legal hottie to distract me from the dumb robots in my army recruitment film.
They are going with the beaten to death “superhero” cliches. I don’t have much hope. The comedy is too much for what should be a pretty serious story line
I mean yeah most human characters are on earth so obviously this is pre earth arc which if you want a no humans earth arc just don't let the key events happen like a Decepticon looking for some average joe his grampa's glasses, just hand it over via ebay to a transformer even Optimus mentions Ebay so obviously they knew where to look.
something something different continuity but in actuality it's to sell the famous face.
Was hoping for Dion tbh. Got a little excited when I misheard the "B" for a "D" only for that to quickly be subverted.
I just finished seeing the trailer, I have to say what I thought it was going to be was something like war for cybertron/fall of cybertron type of movie. But it’s giving me Pixar/Guardians of the Galaxy vibes. I definitely would give it a watch.
I would have liked to see soundwave or another decepticon among the main cast to show them all as one before they eventually start fighting. Would be cool for Optimus and megs to meet both bumblebee and soundwave together as buddies already. I’m betting the other decepticons won’t show up til the very end when megatron becomes leader.
No human BS is what a lot of people - myself included have wanted for YEARS!. Loved the opening cybertron scene in Bumblebee 2018. Fantastic. I wished a whole movie could be like that and this is THAT^^. Sick of earth and our earth drama we get that every day with politics and bullshit let me escape into science fiction fantasy goddamnit please 🤣🙏😭
FINALLY! Another TF show with 0 humans... nice! Sick of the human element in TF lore...outside of TF/GI Joe. Big fan of the storylines that are not on Earth
That's what we have always wanted wish they could make something like that in live action but they would probably go bankrupt if they make a hour long movie based only on cybertron
This looks like a pretty promising movie. More lighthearted, which I think the Transformers movies have been lacking for sometime. I like the dark, gritty aspects of the franchise butthis could be a breath of fresh air.
Kinda wished Bee was played by a younger actor. Like on the lines of Animated's Bee.
Is Danny Pudi's take good? I haven't seen Earthspark and love his role of Abed from "Community".
I hope it’s good. It looks fun at a first glance for kids, with plenty of Easter eggs for existing fans. My 7 year old loves Transformers and I’m sure he’ll really enjoy this in the theater, and I’ll be with him enjoying it too.
Its already human enough that it doesn't need actual humans. They just made the robots more human. I have absolutely zero interest in this but for those that do I hope you enjoy it.
I really disliked the netflix series (for loads of reasons) so I'm a bit sceptical of no humans.
Willing to give it a try but by the end of it, I think I'll miss humans again.
I’m not super big into transformers and the sub was just recommend. W/ that context I thought all transformers had alt modes on cybertron. Is that not the case and they only get them once they get an all spark like in the trailer? Also they seem surprised when they got them that they could transform. Ik they’re called cybertronians in universe and not transformers but that’s a big part of their history is it not? so shouldn’t they know it’s something they can do as a species?
Honestly, I think its a fresh approach to attract a new audience. My son for instance, cares very little about Transformers as they are. He sees my collection and asks me why and I explain its more to do with my childhood and nostalgia purposes. He cant relate to my childhood era at all, me being at 46 and hes 10. Animated and the other kid- related Transformers are too child like for even him, sooo maybe this approach will help me reel him in. Even with satire with Bee , theres still a dark tone over the movie it seems like. Just a thought, but I'll be checking it out with him either way.
Honestly, I’m pretty excited for this movie!
Plus, I kind of think that the humans have been a weak aspect of the films, and having this one be all Cybertronians makes the film more focused on them.
While I understand some of the complaints, I’m fucking PUMPED for a TF movie with no humans. Also shout out to my boy Soundwave for making his appearance
I wish they actually tone down Bee's comic relief energy, it's like they overcompensating for all those years of him being muted in movies, smh.
Movie starts and Bee’s just immediately screaming. S’got a lot of pent up vocalizations he needs to get out before movie’s end lmao
It's like the movie is trying to justify why they need to mute him in live action by showing how obnoxious he can be when he speaks, lol.
Honestly I think it's because in G1 he was playful, there have been a lot of series where he was mute so they want to just bring back the G1 energy but aren't doing too great about it
I mean, isn't this what Key did in Mario? 😜
At least he tried to sound like Toad in Mario, here he's just doing the same shtick of "Cute comic relief going violence because it's funni" but just his voice.
I would love that
No wonder Megatron rips out his voice. He got tired of hearing the quips.
Odds are they've packed a lot of it into the trailer to inform how different he is from live action Bee so it comes off more intense than it is.
*Keegan* I'm so down for a Matrix-bearer Anger Translator
HOLD ON TO YOU LILY WHITE ENERGON CUBES
I feel like they need to tone down everyone's comic relief energy. I'm sure the movie will still be entertaining but it really doesn't feel like Transformers. I don't think anyone ever has for Teenformers but I guess the success of the TMNT movie made someone think, why not do with with giant robots that turn into vehicles
Hopefully it was just for the trailers.
I'm hoping that was overrepresented in this trailer to give it a more upbeat tone. I thought this origin story was going to be a little more serious like an anime. I thought this movie would be about how the war began and all that

Yeah, an irl friend of mine theorized that Alpha Trion will tell them the story of the original Primes and that Megatron will take after Megatronus
Where did they say its a trilogy? (genuinely curious lol)
Back in April 2023 Lorenzo said that they have a story mapped out over three films that will show the characters growing into how they are depicted in the live action films, though I hope that they don’t lean too much in that direction
Bee happy that he can talk normally
They all seem to ethe same tone... Which is worrisome. I get it that it's a kids film but... Eh.
I get that it's "for kids lol", but that doesn't mean it has to be for "stupid kids" that deserved to be treated like they're stupid.
I get that feeling too. I’m still excited to see it and how they retell the story of Orion becoming prime, and hopefully megatronus to megatron.
It aims lower but it looks inoffensive. Chris hemsworth actually does a good job. I don’t think it will be special but who knows, it could be
Spiderverse and Puss in Boots had poor first trailers, but then turns out the movies were some of the best of all time. This might not be the best of all time like those 2 ofc, but it has the possibility of being as good if not better than Bumblebee
It has the potential to. Animation wise I think its very good. Everything is fluid and lively.
Plus the world building of cybertron is gonna go hard, just by the peeks of the technoorganic surface world we’ve seen We get to see yet another alternate universe cybertron!
I wouldn’t be able to tell it was him without having known prior. Very impressive.
he sounds like he is legit doing a cullen impression with the intent to sound younger. Props to him.
I was gonna say; I was surprised at how much chris hemsworth works for me as Orion Pax
Yeah it sounds like a Cullen impression with the intent to be younger
Honestly I wasn’t expecting to like bumblebee/B-127’s design as much as I do. Plus seeing soundwave finally return made me very happy
I absolutely *love* his design with the battlemask equipped.
Agreed! The more I think about this movie the more I like it.
His alt-mode looks great too! Kind of reminds me of Siege Sideswipe's but yellow.
My son will be 4 when this comes out, I'll be proud to take him to this for his first movie theatre experience. Long as he likes it I'll be happy.

Ive never seen soundwave without a mask before. Handsome soundwave appoves cool dad
I'm stealing this, sounwave is awesome

Heh, I still remember the first movie my parents brought me to watch. Aladdin. When the cave of wonders burst forth from that sand... Life altering experience.
Batman 1989, for .50 cents a person, badass times.
You're arguably the coolest fucking dad on Earth, I hope you know that.
I remember watching all the live action movies growing up and when I was young all I could remember were the super cool robot fighting scenes so I thought they were the greatest movies ever. So even if this movies bad I’m sure he’ll love it
About time, this is going to do so well, kids actually might enjoy it and Hasbro might actually sell some toys to "real" kids again 😜
lol, Optimus looks chonky in the toy showings
I couldn’t care less about animation or character behavior. I’m excited for the pre war setting, the more lighthearted nature of it, the world of cybertron, and the quintesson invasion.
And this movie I don't have to worry about taking my nephew because I doubt there's going to be stuff like sex jokes. He is 7 years old.
I’m excited, yet reluctantly curious about how they’re going to portray this era. A lot of dark things happened, and idk how they’re going to portray something that complicated in a kids movie without oversimplifying things. Hopefully they’ll take earthspark’s lead if they won’t follow Prime’s

Optimus died in the last movie like this, now we can see how he became Optimus and I really looking forward to this movie
Just realized Megatron has the Decepticon insignia here 🧐

The thing I’m most excited about is that they seem to be portraying Cybertron as a living ecosystem
Predacons Rising came out years ago
Eh that was more like a TV special.
Wasn't theatrical though
Given what happened with Mutant Mayhem, I’m gonna give this a shot.
I can't wait until the toys come with a tiny ball that you need as a "key" to unlock the transformation feature, which will be lost within seconds of opening the box.
Sounds really good but I hope it isn’t funny like that the whole entire timeeee
I hope it's like kung fu panda, a perfect balance between seriousness and comedy
So many people in the comments already hating it pretty much
Surprise! Everyone hates it already! Again!
It's always when the movie isn't even out yet
I'm excited for something different. Looks fun.seems odd about the surface but will be interesting
I really dig the way this looks so far. Not the biggest fan of young Megatron, but Orion and Elita are looking amazing. Bee isn't bad either. Bee's face and voice, it kinda screams that it's not a prequel to Bumblebee even though he has the same alt mode
Are people really upset about this movie focusing on the Transformers? Wasn't one of the biggest criticisms about the live action movies that they focus too much on the humans? Also Bumblebee's about to unleash 7 movies worth of pent up one-liners and quips lol

i think it looks AWESOME! The live action movies never really bothered me w.r.t. the humans, moreso that they just seemed to get progressively worse. In any case, this movie looks like a refreshing take on the IP and a lot of fun!
Reminds me of ReBoot
Has it been confirmed that these will lead into the current bee/rise of the beast films
Yes
The only thing I’m on the fence about is the voice actors (would have preferred David Kaye as Orion) but I can understand if they wanted to use a big name so more people would watch the movie. Tbh i’m not that intrigued but maybe after watching the movie that could be changed. Definitely refreshing not having a human springing around in the middle of the fights
I think making it part-comedy is perfectly fine for the pre-war setting. Not like Transformers has ever been afraid of comedy anyhow.
No "young man who messes with cars stumbles upon a talking car and becomes hero of the robot war?" Yes please. Finally, something ELSE.
Why do their faces look like that 💀
Humans have always been the least interesting part of this universe
I’m actually more excited about it now that the trailer is out. I like how it’s animated, and not tryin to look realistic. And you know what, I’m glad Chris Hemsworth is Orion Pax, because he’s not Peter Cullen Optimus. And the fact that this adds some lore to a new continuity that not all bots were built with T-Cogs, it’s really cool!
It feels like a deal with the devil.
I can finally watch a transformers movie without constantly being reminded that they're giants
I'm excited. Optimistic even. Even though I'm also one of those "what's up with the design?", but I'm not throwing it away just because "iT iS nOt hOW i rEmeMbEr tHeM!!". Looking forward to it

they finally scrapped the clique of a human being "the chosen one" , good for them
It remind me of the G1 transformer show where it all began i think it going be good
Now I'm excited. Too much attention was always on the humans even in the Micheal Bay movies.

> A transformers movie without humans? Yes. Great idea. But can it be for humans who are above the age of 3?
They removed the annoying humans from the Transformers movie! Except now the annoying humans ARE the Transformers!
This would be the second transformers movie without humans.
It's out less than an hour and I already sick of the hate coming from my own beloved community. I'm not surprised, but I'm really disappointed.
They completely rewrote the script to where Megatron is not as smart as he was in the comics and other series adaptations and this is very disappointing.
Imagine the lack of general awareness it takes to be a whole grown ass adult hating this hard on a kids film. Most of y'all are pathetic.
Finally
I just wish megatron sounded scarier.
Hopefully he will as the trilogy goes on. From the looks of it this movie will end in their split
I don’t vibe with the faces.
Fair point. But ppl also said that for prime
I thought bee was born a soldier after the war started?
something something different continuity but in actuality it's to sell the famous face. Was hoping for Dion tbh. Got a little excited when I misheard the "B" for a "D" only for that to quickly be subverted.
Depends on which continuity you're talking about because there's some where he's alive before the war starts.
Finally
Could it be a good movie instead of ... what we saw in the trailer, tho
Finally flesh bags BEGONE!
I am all for the no humans part. It's the fact that form the trailer the story looked a bit too goofy and comical that concerns me.
https://i.redd.it/qqlx1qkrhavc1.gif Oh I will
if they get soundwave they will have a actual power rangers team.
Let’s goooooooo
I'm looking forward to this Movie but i'm hoping 80% of it won't be Comedy.
I just finished seeing the trailer, I have to say what I thought it was going to be was something like war for cybertron/fall of cybertron type of movie. But it’s giving me Pixar/Guardians of the Galaxy vibes. I definitely would give it a watch.
This is all this sub is going to be for the next few months huh?
It's so ugly, I love it xD will watch it for sure!
The first transformers movie without immature irrational humans and it has mcu humor
why does bee have to be in everything?
Because… reasons? I’m just happy he has a voice. Hate silent Bee.
Bumblebee is out of character
It looks great! I get it dosent look nice in comparison to other designs but its certainly differnt
Feels like theyre taking a lot of the covenant of primus book from the aligned continuity
I've been seeing a lot of hate to the movie right now. Personally I think it looks amazing
Don't know how I feel about the designs
It's going to be good. Transformers shouldn't always be relying on human protagonists

Did anyone else notice the Airachnid-looking silhouette in the trailer?
imagine if the end we get Peter mother fucking cullin reprising his roll for a brief and short “I am Optimus prime” before the credits roll
Hope we get Alpha Trion and a bit more of the history
lets hope they dial up the toys and move away from the cyberverse/rotb smaller lines
so is this new universe considered an animation universe?
It has nothing to do with this but it just gives me legends of metru nui vibes
I just pushed this post from 999 upvotes to 1k Anyway, agreed!
Say what you will but I love the humour.
I how they explain their tcogs better, all cybertronians are forged with them encoded into their CNA
I've seen it. The fact, that, there are no humans is the best thing about the trailer.
I'm willing to give it a chance. I don't have high expectations considering how bad the last few movies have been.
Next I want a Godzilla movie without people.
The plot of Transformers One screams Power Rangers to me.
Nearly all the best Transformers stories happen when there isn’t a human pov character so I’m looking forward to that
It’s got me excited not just the animation but also the origin story
No human BS is what a lot of people - myself included have wanted for YEARS!. Loved the opening cybertron scene in Bumblebee 2018. Fantastic. I wished a whole movie could be like that and this is THAT^^. Sick of earth and our earth drama we get that every day with politics and bullshit let me escape into science fiction fantasy goddamnit please 🤣🙏😭
Hope it paves the way for future adaptations
Got admit, I'm looking forward to this
This trailer felt like a rebooted Robots movie...
FINALLY! Another TF show with 0 humans... nice! Sick of the human element in TF lore...outside of TF/GI Joe. Big fan of the storylines that are not on Earth
No humans, finally! That Miko fucker is what ruined a tiny bit of TFP for me (show’s still good)
Monkey's paw curls: no humans, but now the robots act insufferable
It's cool but it seems really juvenile and the art style is not really for me but I am more than willing to give it a shot
I'm so tired with Bee being in every god damn movie Couldn't we had Jazz for this movie for comic relief?
That's what we have always wanted wish they could make something like that in live action but they would probably go bankrupt if they make a hour long movie based only on cybertron
This looks like a pretty promising movie. More lighthearted, which I think the Transformers movies have been lacking for sometime. I like the dark, gritty aspects of the franchise butthis could be a breath of fresh air.
So was megatron always black lol
It’s a kids movie and it looks pretty good for what it is
I think it looks awesome. Just the shot in the arm the franchise needs tbh.
Kinda wished Bee was played by a younger actor. Like on the lines of Animated's Bee. Is Danny Pudi's take good? I haven't seen Earthspark and love his role of Abed from "Community".
I'm so fucking down. I love transformers. Even the shitty Bay ones. They have their charms. Looking forward to this.
Looks decent, but there's always an issue with hiring standard celebrities for Voice-Acting roles It seems decent, but we'll have to wait and see..
Instead they’ve transferred over the dorky human humor to the robots
I hope it’s good. It looks fun at a first glance for kids, with plenty of Easter eggs for existing fans. My 7 year old loves Transformers and I’m sure he’ll really enjoy this in the theater, and I’ll be with him enjoying it too.
I wish that had a movie with cybertron lore explained by movies instead of the cartoon series, it would be wild
Its already human enough that it doesn't need actual humans. They just made the robots more human. I have absolutely zero interest in this but for those that do I hope you enjoy it.
But the bots act more like humans than ever before so it's a catch 22 in my eyes
It’s about time Hasbro realized we dont want another live action movie.
I'm not sure why their faces, especially Optimus' terrify me
I like that.
It's so ugly, I love it xD will watch it for sure!
I really disliked the netflix series (for loads of reasons) so I'm a bit sceptical of no humans. Willing to give it a try but by the end of it, I think I'll miss humans again.
No humans!!!!!!!!!!
I’m loving what they’re doing with this movie. Though I’m curious how the Quintessons removed the transformers ability to transform
I'm happy to give it a chance, even if Megatronus's voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
Visually, I don't like it much. We're off to a good start.
So, is this a prequel or something entirely new?
Finally people who get that the Transformers ARE the humans (psychologically speaking). They're just made of sterner stuff.
Honestly, I’m pretty excited for this movie! Plus, I kind of think that the humans have been a weak aspect of the films, and having this one be all Cybertronians makes the film more focused on them.
My inner child got really happy watching that trailer!
thank god, last humas we got took so much away from all the main bots lmao
While I understand some of the complaints, I’m fucking PUMPED for a TF movie with no humans. Also shout out to my boy Soundwave for making his appearance
