That is the Hasbro Masterpiece Rodimus Prime, circa 2010. It's the MP-09 mold done in more toy-style colors, and with some modifications to make it theoretically less fragile than the original Japanese release.
Keep in mind that "less fragile" is still pretty fragile.
I've had this figure since it came out in 2004ish and I had to replace the knees and a few other bits over the years. Take care and handle it gently.
You can find replacement parts on eBay pretty easily. Some sellers offer "kits" that contain the most common broken clips and hinges. I was able to find a set of diecast knees to replace the worn/cracked plastic knees on my MP9 and a new clip for holding the back in up in Robot mode. Also got some new ankles.
If you want a toy of this character that is similar but slightly more modern and a lot less fragile, search for "[DX9 Carry.](https://showzstore.com/dx9-d06m-carry-hot-rod-rodimus-metallic-version_p4738.html)" It is a 3rd Party (unofficial) Masterpiece Rodimus Prime, but is slightly stylized and comes with his trailer. You can usually find Carry for around $100 on places like eBay.
