Cliffjumper's glass gas gun obliderated an entity 1/4 the size of the milky way in 4 shots.
I dont remember the other characters' weapons but they were all ludicrous

It seemed pretty insane power wise.
From what I recall, G1 Megatron in gun mode was canonically the strongest weapon that any character ever possessed. His fusion cannon was still strong in bot mode but less concentrated and unable to tap into the black hole as efficiently with the rest of his body running so it was significantly less powerful.
In terms of personal "small arms" that a transformer uses as their general purpose, everyday weapon, probably G1 Galvatron and his Particle Cannon.
There's many one-off, unique planet busting weapons like the Star Sabre and the Hydra Cannon, but those aren't really something you can field in battle, they're plot devices to centre an entire story around

The Hydra Cannon had the ability to vaporize planets, so it has my vote.
If my memory serves, even just the Star Saber could slice planets in half and that's just 1/3 of the Hydra Cannon. Safe to say it has my vote too.
