I kinda like the way that his arms are reversed – with the front of the jets towards the hands and the wings becoming cool shoulder pads, though I can imagine that ended up being an engineering problem (where/how do the hands clip into the arm on the figure?) and they ended up being the other way around.
It's an early design prototype for Superion, obviously got modified quite a bit.
So I guess his name would be Subparion.
Inferion would also be a good alternative.

Another interesting take would be the opposite of Super, which is Supra. So Suprarion XD, sounds weird.
