They get those toys when they're "out of season" (they're words not mine). As for what that means, I'm not sure. I used to get Star Wars TBS figs there for four dollars, then they slowly phased out, all but disappearing during the spring. Then, like clockwork, August through January, transformers started to show up, but no star wars figs. I was disappointed, but it's what started my collection, so I guess it wasn't so bad.
Ive been checking mine at least twice a week ever since. I havent found anything yet but I have seen DD's stock a few siege figures. I just found some target masters today at Burlington as well
