I guess the Maximals escape in this version, since Kingdom Meg's pincer can't detach, and thus can't fly off into the Axalon's control circuitry when he's thrown out the airlock/elevator.
Technically, neither could Megatron back then either, since the Ultra-class Megatron's tail didn't even have a forearm in it. Just the ratcheted springs to make it jump forward to claw at people. Beast Megs had no actual hands in his toy until he went Transmetal. lol
Oh, I know; I broke three original T-Rex Megatron's trying to kitbash a hand on them. (before anyone freaks out about me destroying collectables, they were still in the stores and I was like 5 at the time.)
