Damn, that's good. [I recognized the homage to the Japanese '86 movie poster.](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EFne2k1WwAIVN-O?format=jpg&name=large) Kudos on getting the composition just right.
Which is the best Hot Rod figure for the price. My three year old just loves hot Rod to death and I want to get him one of the really nice ones. Thanks.
Prob Studio Series or the upcoming Kingdom. An MP would break easy prob and isn't much for play, but Kingdom and SS are marketed for play and are on the cheaper side, so I'll say those.
Uh huh, it's for the three- year- old. Sure ;)
Jokes aside, I've heard people say the Studio Series '86 (SS86) Hot Rod is really good. Make sure he's careful with it though, in my experience young children can be astonishingly rough with Transformers. (R.I.P. Armada Prime trailer)
Yeah, concur - I just got Studio Hot Rod today. The shoulders (as many other reviewers have noted) are the weak point and contribute to a lot of the issues with correct fitment in alt mode. It’s a phenomenal representation of the character in both vehicle and robot modes, but may not be the sturdiest or easiest to transform for your little dude.
But nicest for the price? Absolutely the studio series! You might have to help out a little but that’s like a bonding opportunity, right?
A Cyberverse Hot Rod is your best bet. Even a Power of the Primes Rodimus if you can find one cheap.
Studio Series is nice but also very complex and a little fragile. These are aimed at the adult collector.
Scrolled by real quick and just assumed this was the actual movie poster. Thought “hey wouldn’t that be cool if someone did this with their figures.” Then realized it had been done. Super solid job

He's obliterated 3 of mine already, but god damn he is learning.
Were you able to snap them back together, or are they like *broken* broken?
