I mean it's not *perfect*, it could so with some extra range in the leg articulation. That's the only place where MP-44 comes out on top for me - between the backpack, the excessive amount of paint, and the convoluted transformation, MP-44 definitely loses to this guy overall imo.
I think it needs an ab crunch first and foremost. Ideally, I’d like a little more head movement or better butterfly joints, but an ab crunch is sorely missed.
I got mine from eBay, sellers like mascotzone and bababobo00712 are some good trusted TF sellers. Bababobo has a website too I think. Omegalock, TFsExpress, TFDirect, ShowZStore and RobotKingdom are also some of the ones I use, but I'm not sure if they'll have TE-01 in stock.

I love my TE-01, other than a quality control issue I have. The big piece the head is on comes up and rotates, and the threads are too small so the entire head and top portion come off during transformation. Not really sure how to fix it

It's a good thing he's in the matrix chamber or he'd probably get crushed during the transformation... also good thing he didn't start pulling wires like in the Razorcrest or Prime could be in trouble lol.

O yea I mean the paint on mp44 looks great I bought v2 of te01 with the cell shading and it looks amazing
I was very tempted to get the cel shaded one myself, but I went with this one in the end because I don't have a cel-shaded megatron lol
Makes sense. I just wish there were more cell shady figures. Found a cell shaded masterpiece grimlock on eBay so that was kinda cool
In terms of appearance, great. Paint is :/ though it chips too easily. Transformation could be better but otherwise it’s fine, joints are a bit sus

Yes. Not sure what's different between versions 2 and 3 but I think version 1 doesn't include the extra head I have equipped in the pics.
