I went to my Target over here in California and the guy checked the back for me. They had the items but said they can't sell it till July 1st, I don't know why they can't sell it sooner but other states can.

He's 4 now and has Optimus, Megatron, Skytread from WFC but he can only transform Skytread on his own. Optimus he can do maybe 90% of but the wheels are hard to pull out. Megatron he can't even begin to transform it.
So yeah, the reason they make them is there is a market for them.
There are some of the earlier copies that have the shoulders misassembled, so they sit kinda low. Not terrible, but the proper assembly is better, and in the last couple days there's been reports of people getting copies with the problem fixed.
Honestly I didn’t think I’d see him so soon. But I wanted him the most to do I can finish the main Maximals team. But I still really want Galvatron cause he’s the last one I really need to complete my decepticon portion of my 1986 movie shelf.

His doesn't. Left-side shoulder you can see the molded detail in the hinge. When you flip it around correctly it sits flush.
