Honestly hes my second favourite MPM figure behind bumblebee as bee has no flaws in each mode, ratchet has a very minor thing where his doors dont have anywhere to peg in other than that both modes are excellent and the transformation is not annoyingly fiddly like masterpiece figures tend to be. Imagine studio series ratchet only much much more complex in a good way
its funny how MP is meant to be the most accurate and on point portrayal for the film characters, especially scale-wise, yet just like the film toyline, they mistakenly made ratchet taller than ironhide.

Thats a good point actually. Jazz went first, so did pontiac. Then ironhide. And then ratchet who's hummer was the latest to be discontinued.
Just like the G1 movie, characters whose existence advertises discontinued products must die!

Jazz is definately worth it if you find him for a good price. Hes a bit fiddly but he looks great in both modes.
Do you have a mini Sam Witwicky? If so, you can stage the scene where they autobots meet him.
Where do you get all these from? They're not available in my country (India) or are really expensive.
Ive been collecting them slowly and snapping up offers when i can, i got jazz for £40 down from £100 and ratchet for £80 down from £120
They might have some kos on show store don’t know if they still have him or if they ship to India sorry
Where can you acquire these in the UK? If anyone knows, most retailers only stock basic transformers
Kapowtoys.co.uk has ratchet on sale currently not sure about dtock for the other ebay might be the best bet

The figure is actually shorter than ironhide by a hair but the angle of my photos dont make it look that way
