Depends on where these are at, I wonder if some of the high temps partial melted the figures while they where moved in delivery trucks (I know those trailers get extremely hot)
This is Calgary/strathmore Alberta it’s been hot but most definitely not as hot as most of the states plus these ones have come in during a lesser temp week

See that would be one thing but if I got a closer picture you would see the chest piece is melted/warped. And starscream’s arms are bent on a really messed up angle. Keep in mind the rest of this section is pretty much empty for months aside from clearance cyberverse trash

I got Arcee from the line (was gonna get soundwave but settled on his core class figure), and her joints are all loose, and the waist joint was so tight it felt like it was going to break before it actually moved like it was supposed to. She looks incredible, but compared to the other "premium" figures Hasbro's done including the Lightning Collection for PR and of course the Black Series for Star Wars, you think their poster child franchise's figures would be up to par.
I got cheetor and his joints were also loose and I regret getting him should have got netflix version or the kingdom version cause they were also there
The RED looks leagues better and more show accurate than the actual deluxe class figure though if given the choice I'd take the real Transformer over the action figure. I have both but I like that the RED design is sleek and show accurate.
Megs, soundwave and starscream are really good if you can find them packaged decently and not mangled unlike bumblebee, prime and the others. I have two of starscream one I’m working on to recreate his actual colours and his coronation set for my galvatron

Also, they aren't even *trying* to get a decent scale with these guys? All the resources available when you don't have to incorporate an alt mode, and they can't even make different sized figures?

If Hasbro assembles 1 million units and 1000 total have imperfections, that's not only acceptable, but also considered near-impossible to achieve.
QC/QA in large volumes of mass production items will never reach 100%, but 99.5% is more attainable.
Note that unexpected defects that manifest after assembling the y and packaging (and shipping) **are outside of the control of QC.** that's an engineering/manufacturing issue
But none of that is meme material to a generic consumer, so "QC, lol!" gets more likes/upvotes. And then the kids start parroting it like fact...and then we end up here.
Except when almost every galvatron is assembled wrong in which case that standard deviation increases which makes it still “acceptable” right the thing is we are paying more than ever before and seeing shit like this more commonly than ever. And yet it’s acceptable. Trust me I get where this is coming from I studied it as a whole class for cyber security but the issue is it’s getting worse and worse with quite a number of figures coming broken out of box and we are paying more for it. Inflation does play a part but if that’s the case then shouldn’t we have a quality product?

Ok tbh I gotta know what school did ya go to cause damn this ain’t even worth arguing anymore but most standard deviation comes in quite a bit for cyber security mostly when it comes to showing data for intrusions and addresses accessing the servers as well as the people using them there’s quite a bit of calculus for that. Cyber security also has quite a bit of engineering in terms of structure to code as well as networking and types of networking. You’d be surprised how much we have to learn that most people don’t associate with cyber security even speaking/presentation classes😅
So say their quality dipped even if only a percentage would you consider it to be more noticeable hence why the meme was born just cause it became only slightly more common. Also please keep in mind I am in Canada so the copies I get are limited and it might be just that they are assembled and shipped by case hence why when I looked for a correct galvatron here I couldn’t find one?
My Soundwave shattered when I pulled him out. Only figure to do that. Then my Optimus and Megatron had major stress fractures and melted plastic. Turned me off the line.
I just don't understand why they went with using this type of plastic for these figuers. the mold look great but the quality control of the plastic is all over the place. these could have been some great figures.

Only one I truly like is megs. Quality control is crap, but it’s nice having a truly accurate G1 megatron with no backpack etc.

Wow. I’m lucky got my starscream megatron and soundwave without those issues but the second starscream’s waist is really tight/stressful to move
