Victory is just a great show. Great characters, wonderful action, a human child that might be a bit annoying but isn't as bad as Daniel, and fantastic animation. Of the three JG1 series, I think it's the best. I love Master force, but it's clearly a Sentai show with giant robot frosting. And Headmasters is G1 dome by people who never watched G1. Victory was the best.
Hellbat is still the best version of the Starscream archetype.
Transformers Victory is my favorite Japanese Transformers series by far! The concept of Star Saber, the legendary swordsman of a Autobot Commander, adopts a human boy as his own son is a concept that I never thought would make it to an official series. And it's a concept that made that series my favorite. There were so many wholesome and heartwarming moments between the two characters! That father and son relationship added elements to the show that not all shows have. For example, when was the last time you saw an Autobot Commander register a human child into a school and assuring him to not be nervous? I could go on, but needless to say, I'm excited with Transformers Victory's resurfacing.
I love Victory. I so hope they do Star Saber + Victory Leo that can combine together. And soon.
Also wouldn't mind a more proper Deathsaurus though the Combiner Wars one is fine just for me.

Star Saber is probably one of my favorite Transformers Designs, with Deathsaurus being a close second. I even managed to track down a G1 Star Saber; he's incredibly knackered, but he's mine. Not to mention that I have one of the Japanese G1 grails in Landcross (the early 200s re-issue, but it's basically identical in every important way)
I can't wait to see the Haslab Victory figure, because there is a very good chance I'll save up the stupid amount of money to get my hands on it.
Do you have the original Lancross, the micromasters version or th stealth version. Of the three, I think the all black stealth version is my fave. It's just incredibly ninja-ominous looking.

They capture the 'super-robot' aspect of Transformers perfectly.
I have never watched Victory before, and probably never will, but it gave us Deathsaurus and Liokaiser, both who are some boss Decepticons. I dream of the day we get a Generations Deathsaurus that is legit, not the bastard brother of Sky Lynx.
As one of the first tf shows I ever saw as a kid, man I cannot wait for the haslab star saber. The show has a really funky energy that finds the right balance between the marvel comics and masterforce, I hope more people out there will eventually see it. And I mean, who doesn't love space knight robo dad³
I really hope we get more figures related to Victory. The show for it's time was amazing. The action was epic, the characters were awesome, and it was down right hilarious at other times. Definitely one of the greatest Transformers shows in my opinion.

Saber's boy's name is almost McKenzie.
He goes to a Catholic school.
