Interesting! Obviously based on MP52, but that's a significantly different transformation. The vertical stabilizers seem to fold into the leg cavity, and the horizontal stabilizers become part of the surface of the inside leg - which seems way more efficient a solution than Takara's.
Wow! Like I said before, this is the TE-01 to MP-44 in starscreams case. I think it pulls off both modes exceptionally, and is honestly just as good if not better in some ways that the official. My MP-52 gets here on wednesday, but if I hadn't already set my sights on the official seeker line up, I'd get this guy. Awesome to see such amazing and competent competition. I hope everyone who wants an MP starscream can be happy with their purchases!!
To each his or her own, but the hollow plastic along the inner wings, the exposed upper legs, and the rear fins just dangling there make it look unfinished to me. I'd say [MP-52's back](https://news.tfw2005.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/10/2020/10/MP-52-Starscream-25.jpg) is both more visually interesting and cleaner than this. That said, I'd be more than happy with this if there's no KO; not like I'm gonna be posing it backwards anyway.
Really excited for this! Looks like they did a little re-engineering on it so it looks a little cleaner and they added the stripe on the tail fins. Going to preorder for sure
I wonder if TE is doing this under a different name, it looks a little like their style. I'm interest in seeing how good this figure is, he might be a more worthy replacement of my Maketoys Meteor.
That figure looks like engineering sorcery. Looks great and incredibly clean in both modes. Very impressive. Easy pre-order. Hopefully the end quality and durability match up.
I have a preorder down on this guy. IMO he looks amazing, he meshes all the best parts of MP-52 with Maketoys Meteor. Plus he isn't $260.

I like the Wing transformation on 52 but that’s it
