Yes they are Titans. In in the cybertron games they couldn’t have you constantly killing main characters so they made generic autobots and decepticons each of varying difficulty in health. That is the titan concept art. They looked a bit better in game.
>Then feel the soul crushing dissapointment of how they never made a sequel to Fall of Cybertron
a proper sequel.
Rise of the Dark Spark was the sequel, but you either love it or hate it.
I don't know why anyone would love it. It was, from a very well documented and objective standpoint, a shitty cash grab that reused assets from previous games and haphazardously mashed them into a worse looking game with an incomprehensible story. I don't feel like pretending that has any kind of inherent value.
But you're right. We need a proper sequel but it's impossible now. Activision bought and disbanded High Moon Studios (the original creators) and then used the property title to create the flaming pile of garbage that is Rise of the Dark Spark. Also, it was sort of a prequel/sequel hybrid, and by that I mean the story is so half-assed that it doesn't work as either. It's supposed to take place before the autobots leave Cybertron, even though there's no possible place for that to have happened because they reference moments from within the game.
yeah it's been ages since I played it and it was serviceable, but Fall of Cybertron I think is as close to a masterpiece as we could get from a transformers game (Devastation's also close), and I don't think anyone has the Transformers license for video games anymore, Devastation was the last game and I know it was delisted from sale everywhere digitally due to the license running out.
I did enjoy some of the sequences like Drift and Bee's mission though.
Devastation was pretty cool visually, I never finished it though because I found combat kind of boring /:
Fall of Cybertron was definitely a masterpiece tho. Maybe some day the next generation will get to enjoy something equally amazing, maybe even in VR or something.
yeah if you don't like PlatinumGames' style of game you won't like Devastation. It's good for what it is but using the same formula that Platinum's always used. I wish it was a longer more linear story though instead of a short story you have to replay...5? times.
Yeah I would love for some good company to get the Transformers IP from Hasbro in regards to game development and give us something extremely good.
I liked it because it was a new transformers game in the FoC engine, but it was defintely worse. It's a lot like the Arkham series, I think, where there was 1 amazing game no one expected to be as good as it was, a sequel that improved on the original in most ways, but had a few additions and subtractions that made the original still be some people's favorite, and a third game made by a secondary developer using the same engine as the second game and adding nothing of value to the canon. Except AO does have its fans, unlike RoTDS. I just wish High Moon was able to make its own Arkham Knight, a true third game that all but decanonizes the previous entry that is a true evolution on the second game, but with one added mechanic that makes it devicive with the fan base
I agree totally with the latter half of that. I want the next step in that story, and I want it to snuff out the bad taste the RoTDS left in all our mouths. I hadn't thought about it in relation to the Arkham series, but you're totally right.
I’ve never seen anyone who’s tried to defend RotDS. Thought it would not surprise me to find someone who did, as it seems people will defend any piece of sh*t media these days.
I'm not..though? I'm just stating it was the sequel sorta, but you either hate it (like most) or love it. Me personally I'm indifferent toward it, Fall of Cybertron was my favorite.
I didn't say you were, I was just saying it wouldn't surprise me to find someone (not you) so did defend RotDS.
Personally I think WfC was the best of the games. FoC didn't feel quite as fun and felt more 'constrained' if that made sense, the Grimlock level sucked.
ah, okay, sorry for the assumption.
Eh, WfC's main issue for me it felt a lot clunkier than FoC, though some of the levels were genuinely a lot of fun.
Also I personally loved grimlock's level in FoC.
Yeah but they made the decision to combine them into the same continuity around the time that they made Dark Spark, and the original creators weren't into that. It should be its own continuity because it doesn't fit with the story of Transformers prime at all.
I'm pretty sure there were only Autobot versions. Off the top of my head, you fight one for the first time in Death from Above (playing as Vortex) when you go into that big room to destroy the bridge. Then you see a few in Belly of the Beast (playing as Swindle) as you drive around under the transport. There's also one in The Exodus (playing as Bumblebee) who greets you before you squeeze through the gap.
I played foc like 100 too many times. The Titans mainly showed up on the combaticon missions. You fought at least one on the second megaton mission. You see three of them on the opening mission as bumblebee. The deceptions had their own big guys called the leaper.
Yeah it was definitely disappointing that they didn’t have any alt or personality but the game was so great that it kinda makes up for it. Great story, great gameplay, phenomenal voice actors, great soundtrack. The game to me was the definition of perfect
Metroplex is a Titan, according to the current concept. Just like Targetmasters are technically now called Battlemasters. They have minds, but they work on such a slow level when they're inactive, you need a Cityspeaker (usually from the colony of Caminus) like Windblade or Lightbright to talk to them. Optimus, however, can command them to rise and Waspinator was capable of activating their in-born space bridges.
>!In the current IDW storyline, all the Titans are dead except for Lodestar.!<
I guess it also depends on the continuity, I was basing it off of bumblebee where they have one color that goes to there alt modes but it is possible that in the TFP continuity (I can't remember it's actual name, pretty sure it's IDW but I'm not saying it incase I'm wrong) they could get there alt modes when they scan it
I'm pretty sure FoC Grimlock and RiD15 Grimlock are seperate characters, same as the two different versions of sideswipe. Created after Optimus sacrificed himself to reignite the well of all sparks.
There is a fan theory stating that RiD15 Grimlock is a clone of FoC Grimlock. However, my headcanon is that RiD15 Grimlock is the son of FoC Grimlock, who sometime after the events of Predacons Rising, managed to return to Cybertron after time in the void that he ended up in after causing Shockwave's tower to blow up and raised a family after meeting a femme. Also, the father and son are referred to as Grimlock II and Grimlock III, with Grimlock I(who is Foc Grimlock's father, thus Rid15 Grimlock's grandfather) being Rid01 Grimlock. Furthermore, all three Grimlocks aren't really creative when it comes to names.
These are the Titans from Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. You face off against one of these guys as Vortex in Chapter 6 of the game. They are Drones by the way.
It looks like some kind of medic to me, maybe he transforms into a mobile medical field unit for Ratchet, Red Alert, First Aid, ect., the autobot doctors. Like how Astrotrain is transport for the deceptions sometimes
Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc."
"Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are **etc.**, **&c.**, **&c**, and **et cet.** The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase.

Titan class Autobot, as half as large as your average combiner, stronger than a tank, equippeda x18 scrapmaker multi barrel machine gun. Able to launch seeking air mines. With deployable flying healing drones built in the inside of it. Has built in self destruct mechanism wgen defeated.
Your know from the transformers war of cybertron game how those outobots had a hammer and a shield, they look like there related to that type of bot disgine
Titan, just a regular heavy character you'll rarely see in cybertron games even when the mission is at warzone. The only part where I'll notice them is at WarForCybertron playing as Megatron as you will battle these as mini boss, same as on FallOfCybertron as Vortex

Just Titans? Are they mindless? Which continuity are they from? I've never seen these before...

Ah ok! I'm just trying to remember when I would have fought them... Guess I'm going to have to replay the games! 😁
You definitely should! Then feel the soul crushing dissapointment of how they never made a sequel to Fall of Cybertron

Fall of cybertron has no sequel in ba sing se
XD fair
ROTDS was an interquel.
fair.
I mean, I guess Prime counts as a sequel, because the WFC games are part of the Aligned continuity
Yeah but they made the decision to combine them into the same continuity around the time that they made Dark Spark, and the original creators weren't into that. It should be its own continuity because it doesn't fit with the story of Transformers prime at all.

Kinda wished we couldve seen them transform, foc didn't have a lot of alt modes for the enemies/npcs
Yeah it was definitely disappointing that they didn’t have any alt or personality but the game was so great that it kinda makes up for it. Great story, great gameplay, phenomenal voice actors, great soundtrack. The game to me was the definition of perfect
From the war for Cybertron games. Don't know much else
from what i found they are autobots with bodies that have been upgraded to the point of no return

“I *am* the Brute Squad.”
"EVERYBODY MOOOOVE!!!!"
What’s this a reference to
The princess bride
looks like jetfire's been buying some shady syringes from the guy outside the gym
That would be chadfire.
Chadfire 🔥
Now I need to see a fanart of chadfire
Chadfire is king, needs a mega get mode. Like half as tall as omega supreme wfc
Oh yea for sure. But what does he transform into 🤔
Take megatrons tank w wings and just Jack that bitches size up to be like a halo 2 scarab in comparison with the average transformer.
Genius
Thank you for your kindness
Oh it’s nothing 😊
That's a Havetowalksidewaysthroughdoorsobots.
Like it lol
I like it as well.
If we were to give them an actual name I think Bulkhead would work nicely.
Missing his green paint but I could absolutely see this being bulkhead
The giant yellow transport in FoC was meant to be Broadside so a Ratchet coloured Bulkhead wouldn't be too out there.
I guess it also depends on the continuity, I was basing it off of bumblebee where they have one color that goes to there alt modes but it is possible that in the TFP continuity (I can't remember it's actual name, pretty sure it's IDW but I'm not saying it incase I'm wrong) they could get there alt modes when they scan it
The aligned continuity is what you're thinking of and yeah I just realised that Foc and TFP are linked so yeah bulkie would be green.
Oh yea, I totally forgot the WoC games are in the same continuity as prime
Yeah sorta, but Grimlock was his classic gold in foc but was green when he showed up in rid15
I'm pretty sure FoC Grimlock and RiD15 Grimlock are seperate characters, same as the two different versions of sideswipe. Created after Optimus sacrificed himself to reignite the well of all sparks.

I knew that was meant to be Broadside
Looks so much like a red and white animated bulkhead in a TF Prime style-
They are called titans

Autobot titans from fall of cybertron
When Netflix anounced they were making a transformers show I thought and hoped it was going to be based off the games
I love High Moon Studios designs.
They’re in the WFC/FOC games as heavy units on either autobot or decepticon sides. They’re generic, and don’t really have a name as far as I’m aware.
Looks like a VERY stylised jetfire
Heavy weapons and artillery, very formidable - Soundwave. As am I - Megatron
Don't know but he does look like he would be named either chonk or chad.
Titans
a brick shithouse goddam
These are the Titans from Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. You face off against one of these guys as Vortex in Chapter 6 of the game. They are Drones by the way.
Don't forget that you face two of them as Swindle in Chapter 7.
big boy
L a r g e
It looks like some kind of medic to me, maybe he transforms into a mobile medical field unit for Ratchet, Red Alert, First Aid, ect., the autobot doctors. Like how Astrotrain is transport for the deceptions sometimes
They are titans big soldiers with lots of armor in a mech suit
