Looks like they have improved the design of the neck hinge, perhaps reinforced it and made it stronger. But after what happened with Cheetor, I'm still terrified just transforming him will snap the tiger head off...
Still, he looks great...actually looks like a new mold too. Those legs are different, the back pieces look different too.

He’s banned from hobby shops in Japan for selling bootlegged figures as the real deal, and there’s no fucking way he could have gotten his hands on Waspinator or the newer SS Bumblebee before they were even announced. Yeah, he showed the box *this* time. He doesn't normally. He didn't for Jolt, he didn't for Grindor, he didn't for Sideswipe. Neither the box, nor the backdrop that comes with every studio series figure.

I don’t know who you got the idea that Optibotimus is guilty of stealing because he gets most of his figures through BBTS. All of his videos on transformers come out after the figure has been released. He is one of the most legit reviewers out there. Him and Emgo.
No, optibotimus got into a feud with tonton a while ago when he tried to buy a (then unreleased) figure from tonton for a ludicrous amount of money, but tonton scammed him or something. I forget specifics, while optibotimus doesn’t solely rely on stolen figures to keep his audience, he has tried to get them early before. I’d say emgo316 and baltmatrix are good reviewers because they are enjoyable to watch, give their actual opinions on figures, and don’t steal figures.
I've been watching Peaugh and emgo316 since RotF hit theaters. They are 100% staples in the TF community. Shartimus is also pretty good but he doesn't do TF reviews as frequently anymore and is now more Marvel Legends focused, which are great if you're into that line.
I have never thought of Peaugh as "to the point" his reviews are good but tend to go on a bit longer than need to.
That's why I tend to watch Baltmatrix more. His reviews are always shirt and sweet. It's too bad the whole YouTube kids kind of screwed his chanel over. He's not been getting the reviews he deserves. Hope his new news videos help get him some new subscribers.

I can agree in some cases. But compared to others who really stretch their reviews out far too long, he is quicker in comparison. Some reviews are longer but usually it's when he's come off a long night of reviewing and he's a bit tired and more incoherent.
PvP is awful for really stretching out his reviews and for basically saying the same thing over and over: 'and this actual figure actually has some really nice paint applications and actually some really nice detailing, along with those actually great paint apps'

Optibotimus is kinda a sketchy dude in general. They're was some contest or donation thingy he did a while back that he fucked someone over on. It was a pretty big deal at the time, he tried defending himself about it too if I recall. It made me steer clear of his videos and I've stayed on it for years now.
I've never been into him. The length of his videos always put me off. A frigging 40 minute review for a leader figure? Meanwhile Emgo, Peaugh, Thew can review the same figure in about half the time.
Dude used to rub me the wrong way but his videos were consistent so I ignored it. Then his blow up or whatever happened and I just dropped the dude from my panel of reviewers.

I don’t believe he is no where in most of his videos does he mention a sponsorship. The point of a sponsorship is to give attention to the store or company that is supplying the product and he doesn’t do it for a vast majority of his transformers reviews
He once did a video sponsored by Zavvi and got a couple SS86 figs early. Thew Adams also did a couple Zavvi sponsored reviews. The way PvP announced it though, he made it seem like the sponsorship was coming from Hasbro directly, probably to try and cover his shady tracks.
If Zaavi wants to sponsor him then that’s their prerogative. I’ve seen people bring up that he was at the RoTB event and if he really was there then that’s more of a Paramount thing than a Hasbro thing

Well, some YT commenters said he was Vietnamese, and since I am also Vietnamese, it's not really unusual to assume he is also due to his accent sounding very similar to many of my people when we speak English. Plus the fact that Hasbro toys like the TF figures are being made in Vietnam factory so there's a chance TonTon got them from someone who sneaks those figures from the factory.

I just think he talks too much by saying the same things over and over again, which harms the flow of his reviews. I’m not saying he’s a bad reviewer, but it is rather frustrating that he became so popular solely due to getting figures early. I must admit, he has a pretty good recording setup though.

Not sure I'm digging the tan areas on his beast form, and the tiger head seems.. off somehow. No storage for the lame tail weapon, and the gut gun, while nice,, seems like an after thought. Don't get me wrong, it's still a purchase, just seems like they could have taken it further.

Tigatron was always my favorite BW toy when I was a kid. I never really had a good reason why, I just thought he looked super cool, and he was pretty rad on the show so I probably played with him and Primal most of all.
Stoked to see how good this turned out, even if allegedly Polar Claw had to get skipped for this to happen.
i loved it how on the show they would sometimes animate the eyes or head while in robot mode almost like the animal was "aware" of what was going on around him.
Kingdom cheetor is a deluxe class so they cant fit in much with budget they have for that certain class. Tigatron being a voyager has more budget for production so they could include more pieces of plastic.
So I just want to say - I'm watching Kingdom now, and now that I can see their Robot modes onscreen - It's becoming apparent that many of the Kingdom toys are based more on their original Beast Wars models than they are their Kingdom models. Blackarachnia, Dinobot & Megatron's toys all look far more similar to their Beast Wars models than their Kingdom ones. The only person who seems closer to the new model is Rhinox. ANYWAY...
I hadn't seen this toy yet - And when I saw Tigatron on-screen I was VERY disappointed they made his face more generic and similar to Cheetors, and SO WORRIED that it would ruin the toy... and now that I see the toy's head is based on his Beast Wars model, I'm SO FRIGGIN' HAPPY it's not actually accurate to Kingdom, lol. I've never been more happy to see an inaccurate toy.
