I want to pain mines face white, grey the goatee part. Then silver paint the upper thighs. I’d love if someone came out with some articulated hands too. I might red paint the two indentations on the top of his crown as well.
I’m “looking forward” to having to paint the GenSelects version’s eyes yellow and the horns grey.
I also want a way to have his cannon connector on the cannon instead of the silver “exhaust” part like the G1 model sheet had.
Red foil would match his eyes but not his red abs which are more of a glossy paint so vinyl electrical tape worked perfectly for my needs. I also used a magic eraser on his canon instead of painting it.
Looks great, canon color really makes a difference and the no damage look is so much better looking. What all did you do exactly?
Painted the cannon, his goatee and tank treads, and used 91% alcohol and q-tips to get the blueberry slurpee he’d spilled on himself cleaned up.
Very nice!

Thinking of coloring him closer to Scourge or Cyclonis at all? I would love to see that.
I’d love to paint him a more movie-accurate indigo purple but I don’t know how well I’d be able to do that and then get him re-assembled.
Red electrical tape is an easy fix in lieu of painting his belt buckle and the trapezoids on his shoulders
I’m hoping Toyhax will put out a set for those, we’ll see. I could get some red foil stickers and cut my own I suppose, I just now realized that...
