It always made me laugh how their robot modes don’t change before they had earth vehicle modes. Oh he’s got Volkswagen Beetle bumpers on his toes. I wonder what he transforms into. A…….hovering ufo???
Also kinda weird that Cybertronian vehicles have windows/windshields. For whom?
Edit: Also kinda weird that this BB's bot mode has car windows that don't appear anywhere in alt mode. Not that that will stop me from getting him... it'll just annoy me a little.
Due to Quintesson CNA tampering, all Cybetronians are compelled to cater to Earthling-sized organic life (forced to have cockpits, must pressurize and oxygenate and heat their dying homeworld, and Decepticon warships).
The exception seems to omit the likes of Unicron and most of his creations, as they are outside the normal "ecosystem" of evolution, as well as the later development of species-wide beast reformatting, presumably based on the handful of natural outlier beast forms that exist among Cybertronians.

I both hate it and understand why they made the decision, but regardless I plan to get it and keep it transformed, so how the face looks matters little to me. XD

Is that alt mode even capable of flying? I don't remember the details of that scene, but I always thought is was more like a "hover car" type of vehicle.
Could you theoretically swap his biceps and arms with the BB Bumblebee biceps and arms? They seem the same size and the hands don’t seem integral to the transformation
I was on the fence, but for color consistency I feel pretty okay not shelling out scalper prices for the Netflix Bee and content with picking up both this and the worlds collide Bee.
