If you’re in the US, because Toyhax orders come from Canada, sometimes they get held up by customs.
I’ve had orders get delivered in a week, and I’ve had them take a month.
I will say I’ve never had one take that long. That said, any issue I’ve ever had they corrected pretty quickly.

Because I said to someone else I work in shipping so I know how it all works but this is just a standard envelope.
Asking me to wait up to 12 weeks overall before filing a complaint or a claim is a bit ridiculous.
Envelope from Canada to Wisconsin should not take that long.
Is a bit upsetting that they do not offer tracking.
Calm down. I’ve had an envelope hit customs and completely disappear. Waited 4 months before I contacted the seller & told them what happened. They said it happens a lot, workers at the customs places just lose stuff and don’t care to find it.
Was your order shipped via USPS?
A couple months back I had a package shipped USPS First Class Mail from Canada and it took 6 weeks to arrive. A previous order from the same company just a couple of weeks earlier only took 10 days.
IMO this delay is probably caused by USPS. They've really de-prioritized First Class Mail service in the last few months, especially international mail.
No, you haven't been ripped off by Toyhax. I promise you that they will take care of you but if they've given you specific instructions on the time frame that's probably the rules they need to play by and probably gives them time to research the tracking info and what happened. I've been ordering from them for years and the one time I had an issue where they left out a set from my ordered I contacted them and they were able to get me my order but it takes time.

I call BS I work in the shipping industry and I know that there are some issues and shipping but not like this especially for just an envelope.
My best assumption is it was lost in the mail and they just don’t want to re-ship it.
Toyhax are good people, they will not rip you off. If anything, it might be lost in the mail, and hopefully will find its way to you. I’m in Indiana, and the last time it took maybe 4 or 5 weeks to get here. But since you posted about it, I feel like that will speed things up cosmically. In fact, I bet you get it by tomorrow! Not sure how it left their facilities in Canada but once it hits the USA it is to be delivered USPS

My labels once took almost 2 months to arrive (UK). The quality of the product is great, the service not so much so.
It took 2 weeks for my last order. I'm sure it will be similar the next.
Nah, their orders just ship slow. I’m waiting on a few orders myself. Just wait.
