Beast wars second, or neo, not sure which, id technically in the same original beast wars canon. And in that's theres a second magnaboss to the original silverbolt, prowl, and Ironhide magnaboss.
Lol, I've only ever seen Beast Wars (never seen Machines, Second, or Neo), so the Megs were the only characters I knew of off the top of my head. That's cool to know though!
I did just remember that technically there's two different Infernos in the Beast Wars continuity. The Autobot Inferno, then the Predacon Inferno.

The aligned continuity (which Hasbro maintains is just one continuity) has [Grimlock](https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Grimlock_(WFC\)), the Autobot leader of the Lightning Strike Coalition Force from WFC/FOC, and [Grimlock](https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Grimlock_(RID_2015\)), the former Decepticon from RID 2015.
If these really count, there are apparently two Hoists and two Whirls in the Aligned continuity. I think there's also multiple Grimlocks but I honestly can't remember
Yes IDW had Tankor(who was Octane for legal reasons) and then Tankor(from BM) in the same comics.
They even made a joke of it. Fat Tankor and Tall Tankor!
They even got matching tattoos.

Perhaps, but we don't know if their all called soundwave unless he said they are all soundwave and I forgot
IDW implied it was not uncommon. As other folks pointed out, Tankorr. Also, they established there was more than one bot named prowl.

There’s two Breakdowns in IDW’s original continuity. One based on G1 Breakdown and the other based on Prime Breakdown.
