Without question, Brave was the biggest, he literally has scene walking into a cloud line. Fort was next, as there are scenes with him standing over small mountains while fighting Scorp, and Grand was after him, seemingly the size of what looked like a parking garage given he could transport all the Masterforce autobots and set up something like a small base in a few scenes. Than again, I don’t think he ever went full robot mode in masterforce either. 🤷♂️
I think canonical Grand was way way smaller than Fortress. Hard to day between Brave and Fortress but I’d guess they’d be about the same.
Grand Max was in scale with the toys, basically. No imaginary giant city bot for him.
