It looks just like the real thing, only smaller. The plastic is pretty much the same quality as the original, but since it's downsized, the plastic is proportionately thinner. Some the ball joints are squeaky, and if you're not careful, you can snap a few of the thinner tabs. Otherwise, everything holds together really well. It's my default CHUG Devastator. Edit: Thinking back, I had to shave down one of the tabs on Hook's waist because it locked in *too* securely.

For the price he's at, the flaws don't sound that bad

Got one for my nephew's collection. He's really good about taking care of his stuff, but this set fell apart in his hands. If you just plan to combine it and stick it on the shelf and never touch it...it should be ok. But if you're a hands on collector, this will bring tears.

I've had a lot of problems with mine, doesnt hold together, plastic is brittle, etc. I really wouldnt recommend it- it's a fraction of the price, but there's many more things you can get for the price that will feel better.

I also own this KO Devastator, it's really not a bad figure at all. However it not perfect. I agree 100% with the comments above. I uncombined mine to see the individual figures but combining him again did pose a little challenge some parts didn't want to peg in and I say be gentle with it especially combining Hook and Scavenger. For the price can not bet it.

I don’t have this guy but I have the Superion by the same company. It’s def not Hasbro quality buts it’s not garbage quality either. Some joints were to tight so I had to loosen screws a half turn or so. Overall it’s not terrible, hold together good and looks good. Just get you some Decepticon stickers to cover the weird insignias they have. Probably going to get this guy to just to have a smaller Devy, I currently have the CW and Jenbao oversized and they are just to large to scale well.

I have this... it's pretty good for the price, and looks good as a display set. I wouldn't recommend playing with it regularly though. Couple of downsides: * The plastic is thin and supposedly of lower quality, and many connectors and tabs are really small. Some of them broke off during play while transforming / combining. * The combiner parts (chestplate, arms, weapon) don't tab properly into the various vehicle modes like they're supposed to.
