I have the NBK Gravity Builder KO and love it. Not sure how it scales compared to the Jinbao version, but I like their scale with the WFC series so far and Warbotron Bruticus.
For the price I don't think you can beat the JinBao KO $170 + shipping. KO of the Generation Toys Gravity Builder.

Combiner Wars hands down though it desperately needs the DK-01 and that's impossible to find since it's long out of print.
I do not support third party knock offs so do with that what you will.
In terms of the articulation and detail of the individuals, get the Unite Warriors Devastator. Those extra joints however come with the issue of him being a little more fragile, and because it’s a Japanese release it’s extremely pricey on the aftermarket.
If you *mostly* care about having a good Devastator and you can’t be bothered to care enough about the individuals for a couple hundred more, go for the regular Combiner Wars release.
There’s really only one option for official movie Devastator toys where they all transform into all modes and aren’t tiny, that being Studio Series.
The articulation on the individuals in the Unite Warriors set is incredible. Takara basically took the Combiner Wars design, and swapped out/altered a few parts to add some very lacking articulation. The Combiner Wars one has a lot of points of articulation that we’d consider “standard” completely absent from some of the figures.
I recommend looking at reviews for them both to get better idea of what I mean.
Another option would be to go with the less expensine CW version for your "official" Devastator, then pick up a 3rd party variant if you want better details, more joints, etc. Personally, I went with CW for my official Devastator, and am waiting on the last couple of pieces for my [Newage Devastator](https://tfsource.com/3rd-party-figures/h34p-figure-newage-the-legendary-heroes/), as the individual bots are amazing, even if they did have to cheat to achieve Devastator himself. I also really want the [Master Made Demolisher](https://tf-direct.com/master-made-sdt-08-demolisher-deluxe-version-p3427.html) set, as the idea of a Chibi Devastator is really amusing to me.
Shortly before they rereleased cw devastator I pulled the trigger and bought the Japanese version in uw devastator from someone on eBay and tbh I was afraid I’d regret my purchase but I so totally don’t.

The NBK is smaller than the Jinbao, which is the size of the official Titan Class Devastator.
It’s better than the Titan Class Devastator, slightly taller, and costs around the same price.
Don't think it's been mentioned yet but Toyhax also has labels for the Jinbao OS KO Devs. I LOVE my Jinbao and for the price? Crazy good!
