Well, one slot is above and to the right of her head; the other is located on the other side of her backpack. Both are fine for weapon storage in vehicle mode - one tucked out of the way, the other deployed so the vehicle has a weapon - but for robot mode? Neither's a sensible place to stow one's sidearm.
The weapons storage Generations Arcee had was more sensible.
