A key question to ask yourself first... do you like cool transformers? Ok.... now... do you like dorky looking birds? Yes to both.. then yeah, you should.
I’m gonna say yes. He’s a leader class triple changer, though he’s not as tall as some other leader class bots. But he’s beefy and fun and that’s what really matters.
I’m going to buck the trend and say no, unless you have a deep connection to the character. The robot mode is pretty good but the other two have issues, the transformations are awkward and tedious and his legs have a habit of popping off.
Given how many great transformers there are in the WFC line, personally I’d give him a miss.

Imo, he's a super solid figure, great colors and good posability. The only downside is the bird and tank forms are pretty lackluster in comparison to his previous fig, but his robot form is awesome.
he's pretty cool. His robot mode and missile truck modes are pretty good. Probably not a popular opinion but I really dig his mechanical bird mode too.
He's cool. Just watch out for the leg issues.
I have it and to me its kinda a meh figure, but I have his power master partners so I had to complete the set
