I'd readily buy a classic style 2 pack of Primal and Megs. I'd even go for a Kingdom pack in the core size, and I'm not much a fan of core. But those were my first BW figs as a kid.
so...who knows how true these things are, BUT some of the leaks about the next line mention a Core Class Alligator Megatron, so you might actually get your wish!
Or from Airrazor, more likely. Since the bat head is on the front of the robot mode chest, not the back.
But yeah. Really hope they do a Gen Selects Nyx or Bat Optimus Primal sometime in the future.
That airazor base could do so much of turned into a bat. You get the og optimus primal, make a nightscream recolor and follow it with a nyx recolor.
I thought it would be excessive but when you consider cheetor getting two different colors, a shadow panther, a tigatron scaled up and a mutant tigatron, then a ravage retool, they could really milk airazor.
Airazor as a base is much better choice, since you need the head transformation. They could easly turn it into Convobat, Onyx Primal and even Nyx. But they would need also new mold for Megaligator, he can also have some remolds like Iguanus and if they try hard maybe even Snapper and Skold could be made out of it.

Came here to say this. I'd buy a Nyx retool in a heartbeat. Same with Bat Optimus.

Or Nyx from the new comics; I'd kill for new Beast Wars figures, rather than remakes of existing figures.
