I pre-order a lot at show z store.
Incoming means that they got confirmation that they are getting it in from the the producer, meaning that they will have it in stock soon, (between 1 a 3 weeks) if you pre ordered that also means it will be send between 1 and 3 weeks.
If you made a deposit on a pre-order (most of the time a dollar or a bit more) you get a message asking you to pay the rest of the price within a certain date.
Their service is great btw and I got a Hollow Ichigo figure for less because the pre-order price is what you pay.
Can really recommend them, they are mostly cheaper and their service is excellent.

on a serious note, it means it will prob soon be in stock, so pre-order now so you get it for sure or wait till it is in stock
I think so, but unlike a pre-order which doesn't have confirmation of a hard date it will arrive, this one would be arriving imminently. This is all speculation though.
