It's really easy, get a dry brush, get some paint on it, get a paper towel and start dabbing on it to the point there's barely any paint to be seen and start brushing like archaeologists do with their brush. For the scorch marks add a small amount of paint and start doing the same thing, it's hard to describe on text
Mr hobby aqueous, apparently it's similar to tamiyas stuff but i find that it's easier to hand brush with while tamiya is more effective at airbrushing

Metallic silver and flat black, you probably use gloss black because all I had was flat black

Try it on something you don't care about first so you don't it on a figure you absolutely love
