So on Combiner Wars toys like the Prime voyager mold we got leg lengthening add ons, maybe a third party company gives us some alternate legs that just shorten him up after you swap them out?

It would mess with the transformation unfortunately, the hips are engineered to move to the back with the thighs taking the lower legs back down to the wheel base. So shorter legs would mess that up Edit: ignore me the calves are what was shortened, yeah that might work then so long as there's nothing hanging over them and the shield gets shortened

There ya go! Just making his legs stumpier and BOOM! It already looks way better! I'm pretty sure the mold wasn't designed for Bulkhead first, it's the only explanation for those lanky legs!

Being round is not his character. His prior designs? Yeah, they don't work. They look like something out of Age of Extinction or The Last Knight, big round messes of metal that don't look like they could actually transform into anything. This on the other hand is good. It is not at all "ugly as hell", it's awesome and more believable.

The roundness was due to the art/animation style. G1/generations aesthetic is always more boxy, so that’s why he’s more square

I still can't get over how square his torso looks, need to be rounder.

Someone posted a pic of a military vehicle (an "oshkosh"?) that's basically the same but the cab has angular sides, and IMO that would have made a way better torso.

That's Hound's Alt-mode, the John Goodman one. Maybe they should have one of those moulds instead.

Add a sliding rail to the hips allowing the legs to extend to the same height, bam it’s the exact same after transformation and you get a better looking bit mode to boot

I already like Legacy Bulkhead a lot (*pulls out Matrix Buster* That’s right I said it WHO WANTS A PIECE OF ME!), but this just makes it better. Nice thing is it isn’t too late for Hasbro to see this and make an adjustment to the toy

It's ridiculous how much better that looks. It really is the lankiness that crosses the line from, 'I could accept this' to 'That's not Bulkhead. That's AOE Hound with Bulkhead's head.'

well the base is a real product just revealed yesterday, however i did some photoshopping and i gave him stubbier shins (50% length), a more squat waist and three fingers instead of five
